This 7000+ sq foot home is nestled along the beautiful Susquehanna River in rural Harford County, MD, and offers lovely views and a relaxing ambiance. You'll love the expansive decks and the hot tub on the lower-level patio that provide lots of relaxation options. Sleeps 20.

River Haven is sparkling clean and flooded with natural light from all the windows. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your cooking needs. There is a king-sized bed in the master suite, two bedrooms with queen beds, one more large bedroom with a queen bed, two sets of twin over full bunks with twin trundles, and plenty of floor space for your air mattresses. The property features a total of four and a half bathrooms, a laundry room, a dining room, and a deck with an outdoor living space. We offer an expansive playset for your children. The basement offers air hockey, corn hole, ping-pong, pool table and a new five-person hot tub with all the bells and whistles on the stone patio. Bring your friend group or whole family and enjoy the views and ambience of a vacation rental done right. At the end of the street, there is a launching dock for kayaks. (No kayaks are provided.)

River Haven now features a whole-house backup generator, eliminating concerns about power outages.

There are exterior cameras on the premises; however, they are never accessed unless documentation is required.

If your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer free 6:00 PM Sunday checkout. It's our way of saying thank you.

Please note that a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended if your trip is scheduled for winter. Two-wheel drives will be just fine unless the road is covered in snow.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there be no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware that you will be charged 10% of the total trip amount at booking, and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file thirty days prior to check-in.

- A $350 Damage Waiver Fee will be charged at checkout. If no damage is reported after cleaning, the refund will be processed to the card on file.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.
