I stayed there July 14th thru 19th 2026. The cottage was about 2 blocks from the beach which was great. The place offered just about everything you needed to cook and go to the beach. The cottage was super clean and had a washer and dryer on site which was very convenient. The price with all the fees and cleaning was a little steep but you are getting a house. The owner was very good at answering any questions you had in a very fast manor. So there is a private and public side of the Pierre. Public side has more people and you can rent a canopy and 2 chairs for 50 dollars all day which was great. The side you are on is the private side which don’t have the rentals. It’s about a 6 minute walk to that side of Pierre. They do supply a wagon, chairs, umbrella, extra towels to go to the beach but we just walked to the public side and rented all the days we went to the beach. Also I recommend Pier 60 parasail! That’s was so much fun and get the camera and go pro deal, it’s totally worth it! Other than that it’s a great place to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thanks again..

Favorite place on Clearwater island

We have stayed in many places on Clearwater over the years but this was by far our favorite. Manager was so helpful and accessible by text. House was clean, beautiful, and perfect for a family. Even the fenced in back patio was amazing and perfect for kids to play without being able to run away. Loved every minute and we will be back!

Great Time

The location was in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and liquor store. Everything we needed was provided including kitchenware, towels, free washer and dryer on the premises, free parking, beach toys, cooler and beach chairs. The property manager was very responsive day or night and immediately took care of a plumbing issue we had. If you like beach bungalows vs. high rises, this is the place.

The bathrooms were good, the kitchen/dining area was even better, the backyard was spectacular. However, 2 of 3 mattresses were completely worn out and uncomfortable- really inexcusable. I guess we go back to hotels when traveling

Great location!

We loved the location of this property and didn’t need to drive anywhere since we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The air conditioner in one bedroom was extremely loud and the remote for the a/c in a different bedroom did not work so it was stuck at 77degrees but it worked for us just fine. The communication with the management company was amazing! We will rent from them again for sure.
