This place was very easy to find Kenny ds and captain daves right next door. The beach was very nice and since it's private no problem finding a nice spot. The walk was very short to the beach also. Had a couple questions and they replied very quick which was awesome the condo was very clean and felt nice to relax and unwind after hanging out at the beach. I would definitely consider this if you don't want to pay crazy prices for some of the other places next door or even farther from the beach and would definitely stay here again.!!!

Great location! It had a couple restaurants that were within walking distance and even a coffee shop too! The room was clean and the host was very responsive and friendly to any questions I had. First time in Destin and my family had a blast. Beach was right across the street which was great for my two littles! Overall great stay!

The condo was very clean, with plenty of kitchen ware if needed. The hosts were super responsive and quick to provide all the details we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially enjoyed how close the unit was to the beach. Super quick walk, cross the road and we were there. Close to a bunch of dining options. We enjoyed our weekend getaway and will definitely be back.

It was the perfect little stay for my fam of four! Provided just what we needed and super close to everything els! Straight walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes, easy enough! Communication with Tracy was 10/10, she was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially at the beginning of our trip, we had a little bit of a set back getting our trip started. No complaints here! I highly recommend this condo for your stay in Destin! Thanks for having us!!

Ideal location and a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, and I was excited it was a king-sized bed. Kitchen is well stocked to cook in and we did. Little extras for the beach were nice.It would've been super helpful if there was a listing on the fridge of all the other things. It may be obvious to some that have been there before, but we didn't find the outside "shower/wash-off station" until the end. Just a quick map of grills, trash area, showers stations and such would be super helpful.

The owner was excellent, she answered every question. The inside was very clean, but the balcony could use a little attention. also the appliances could be upgraded. (refrigerator does not have a ice maker, and the stove is old.)
