You'll have this fully-stocked studio apartment to yourself with contactless check in through keyless, private entry & your own parking space right outside the door. You'll find cathedral ceilings, tranquil surroundings, and tons of natural light (unless you choose to use the black-out curtains!); brand new comfy memory-foam Queen bed with soft linens; twin air mattress can be available with notice. Full kitchen including full-size stove, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and spices; stocked bathroom with shower; dining table; complimentary wifi and flatscreen TV with Roku; and every amenity we've wished for on our own travels (yoga mats, umbrellas, beach towels, curling iron and blowdryer, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, makeup and nail polish remover, etc)!

You are free to use the charcoal BBQ, or when available, sit in the Adirondack chairs in the shared backyard and take in the fantastic views of Puget Sound; watch the ferry and ships framed by mountains and gorgeous sunsets!

Guests rave about the bed, the location, & how it feels like home - with more peace & quiet :) They also love the Welcome Guide we provide ahead of time and on-site! Walk to town, visit the shops, fabulous restaurants & wine bars, Summer Outdoor Market, and many festivals. Walk on the ferry to grab ice cream in Kingston or 1 block to Yost Park wooded trails beside a babbling creek, the community pool & tennis courts. Groceries and drug store are 4 min away. Seattle is 20 min away or take the train right from Edmonds to Seattle!

GETTING AROUND:
- Easy walk into town with sidewalks and crosswalks along the route (downhill towards water). Coming back up is not quite as easy as going down ;-). Flat walk to services, if you desire. The neighborhood is lovely to walk through as you'll have views of the water everywhere you go.
- You'll have your own dedicated parking spot right outside the studio door and there is plenty of street parking as well. The only time parking will get tighter on the street is if there is a community festival happening as we are <2 blocks away. Parking in town is easy.

About the host

Hosted by Lauren Brandt Copper Key Properties

Host profile image
My name is Lauren, I am a professional vacation home property manager. My family and I welcome you to our own Seaside Studio! We are life-long Seattlelites who bought the 1944 Craftsman-style home in 2015. History lovers, it was important to us to keep as much of the history of the house as we could. We undertook a remodel and addition over a year long that would ensure keeping the main house. We removed the old garage; we then added the new garage and second floor.

It was always the plan to have half of the upstairs be for the Studio, so it was designed and built with that in mind from the very beginning! We painstakingly chose every item with purpose.

We love travel! Chelan (WA), Palm Springs & San Diego (CA), Maui (HI), and Italy are some favorites. I also love helping others with their genealogy and DNA connections, and have recently rediscovered my creative side creating art.

We love Edmonds, and hope you do as well! Feel free to ask us any questions and let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your stay. Otherwise, we will leave you be.

Have a wonderful stay!
Lauren & Family
