This condo was perfect for my family with young kids. No glass tables, not a lot of breakable decor, plenty of pantry space. The guest bedroom had two queen beds so I was able to sleep my three kids without having to bring an air mattress. The other guest room was perfect for their grandma who joined us! The bathrooms are so nice but the shower in the master bathroom has a complicated faucet system, so it takes a minute to figure it out! We loved being on the second floor and not having to use the elevator! Will come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was still very dirty, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The floors were nasty and there were roaches crawling out in the open, shower heads had mold on them, and the chairs on the balcony were rusted. The property building itself was very nice and i would stay there again just never this room!!!

Stunning and spacious condo!! Attention does need to be made to several things though. Doors seems to be an issue… missing one closet door in one bedroom and the laundry bi-fold door will not shut interfering with tub/shower unit. We managed though. My biggest complaint however was the gulf front master. It seems to have an A/C unit issue in that room only. I contacted them day 3 of our stay, they said it was due to the sun coming into the windows. In which we never opened the blinds or door coverings. The ENTIRE condo cooled nicely even the master bath directly off the master where we had issues. Instead we had fans delivered the next day to help us stay cool. We had to keep them running 24/7 from the living room pointing towards the master to stay somewhat cool in the evenings while trying to sleep. Other than these hiccups, a very nice condo!!!

Everything was great we were on the second floor so we didn’t have to wait on the elevators I think that was one of the best parts. Bring extra blankets if you come to this unit. There’s no blankets for the couch bed. They do have extra pillows tho. Everything was as described in the photos! Will for sure be back to tidewater and hopefully able to get this room again!!

Everything was great with one exception...Listing states a heated pool and both outdoor pools were extremely cold. Besides that the stay was fantastic.

Beautiful large spacious condo! My family and I loved the condo as well as the location on the second floor and the beautiful beach view. So nice to stay in the off-season when it’s not so busy. Could use a deep cleaning throughout but otherwise a very nice place to get away with your family.

Great place!

Perfect Spot

This was our first time staying at Tidewater Beach Resort and we loved every second of it. The condo was perfect for our family; very clean, more than enough room and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach chairs added to the enjoyment of the week along with all the guys who work hard to keep you in the shade. Can’t wait to go back in 2025. Thanks for another incredible family vacation, PCB!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of space for everyone in my family. There was a small issue with the AC when we checked in that was immediately taken care of by the host. The property had a free movie theater that played 2 movies each day for FREE. The kids loved the movies. The beach access was perfect with just a short walk out the back of the building. We look forward to staying here next year.

Great getaway!

We had a great stay for fall break. Family of 5 with three of them being teens. The location was great, walking distance to Pier Park and plenty of other things for the kids to do. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Being on the second floor was nice and convenient because we didn’t have to use the elevators for anything.

Great unit, great location

Great property. Loved the spacious floor plan and being on the second floor was so nice because we could avoid the elevators especially since one side was out on check in day. The only downside was the door was right in front of the second floor elevators on that end of the building so there were often people right outside the condo when we were going in and out.

Property was great. 2 suggestions. It needs another towel hook in the master bathroom by the 2nd sink and a stick vacuum cleaner would be nice for the cart. We enjoyed our stay. Thank.

Family Vacation

Property and location are great! We are a family of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Floors were very dirty and we had to request basic cleaning supplies because they are not furnished. We would stay here again if you get rid of the chair and tent police Vivian. She is a nightmare for people who are only trying to enjoy their vacation.
