This newly renovated cute and cozy guest suite is a part of our residence. What once used to be an old motel we have turned into our home. Conveniently located near Cobleskill, Howes Caves, Oneonta, Cooperstown/Dream Parks (30 minutes), Albany, Lake Sacandaga and more!

This was one of my best rentals through VRBO to date! Shannon is a great host, with great but not over bearing communication. She responds within minutes to any questions and is very nice. The place looks like it was just redone! Everything is beautiful and spotless! Y have already booked again for the fall!

My son played in the Cooperstown Dream Park tournament and this was perfect for my husband and I! It was about a 35 minute drive from Cooperstown but I didn’t mind at all with the beautiful scenery. Shannon was an amazing host that responded fast to every question/request. She was super friendly and welcoming. If we ever come back to NY this will definitely be my go to. Really adorable place! My husband, son (5yrs), and I stayed here when visiting Cooperstown (about 40 mins away). We enjoyed dinner and the used bookstore in Cobleskill and had plenty of space to play our favorite board games at. This place was very easy to find, conveniently located (from LI we drove here Friday, made Cooperstown a day trip Sat, and drove back on Sunday), super clean, well renovated and decorated and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

My dad and I had a great stay. All of the attention to detail was appreciated. Though it is not a full kitchen, it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, very clean space. The property owners were friendly and so easy to communicate with, starting the day before we arrived saying everything was ready for us. I would gladly stay here again if I am ever in the area.
