Wonderful swimming pool ,sunning & lounging area, with a large screened lanai, covered patio

4 bedrooms 12 sleeps,Master bedroom with king bed, bathroom and sliding door with access to pool, bedroom with king bed, and two large bedrooms with two queen beds each room, open loft with two queen beds ,sliding door to balcony and stairs to pool, ceiling fans,4 TVs, free WiFi, two walking closets, laundry room, 2 391 sf of living space.Kitchen has granite counter top ,two kitchen tables and bar chairs, indoor dining for twelve,Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are approximately 30to 40 minutes by car or 10 minutes Cape Coral Beach by Yacht Club Public Beach witch fishing Pier and Tiki Bar &Grill.
Two external security camera’s. One camera is a ring security doorbell located next to the front door, the other is a security camera that views some of the back property (part of the pool, backyard). These cameras DO NOT record and are only turned on when the property is unoccupied.

Lovely, peaceful vacation home with pool

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely appointed home with pool. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Good for families with main bedroom downstairs and lots of beds upstairs.

Great for getaway for friends and family

House was very nice nothing really bad to say about it just needs instructions for pool and spa use and outdoor lighting. Everything about the house was fantastic nice rooms, nice bedrooms would suggest staying here.

Great property!

We came to this property for a family trip and absolutely loved it. It’s well kept, clean and everything was as advertised. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but still within a close distance to anything you need. Communication with the property manager went smooth as well. I would definitely recommend!

The property ,need replacement BBK, was very dirty, I can't use and more utility for kitchen (pan,casseroles,) but in general is very comfortable, cleaning, ,good location, near everything

Great house for large family

House was spacious and well equipped, host was very quick to respond with any questions. Fenced in yard was a plus, pool was great! Our only complaints are minor; no main level bathroom other than the pool bath outside (or people using the master bath), Master did not have a accessible closet or TV, and light switches were challenging to sort out. Location was easy to get to, and quiet. Overall would recommend to any large group/family.

House was great Great family space, pool/spa;

Very nice home and property. Perfect for a large group. Master/master bath downstairs, 3 more bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom. Bath off pool was great as not to track water into the house. We had a fantastic time!! Host was there when you needed him. Responded quickly. Thanks Stanley.
