Art Prize Weekend

The house was so comfortable and was perfect for our weekend in Grand Rapids. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms and beds so comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay

I stayed here with 4 of my girl friends, and it was a great place to stay. There was enough room for all of us, safe location, and our cars were safe on the street. The rooms did get hot as night, but fans were provided in the closets

Easy breezy

First time with vrbo and the host was great. Friendly, cooperative, responsive and went the extra mile. Kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom well appointed. Comfortable stay, conveniently located for my plans. The basement is great. Wish we could have spent time down there.

Cornerstone Graduation Stay

This property is very close to Cornerstone University and has easy access to the belt line. It is a duplex unit and is nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have been given access to the laundry room since our stay was 9 days. The only other complaint was that the dishwasher wasn't bolted in and kept falling forward every time we opened the door. Other than that everything was good. We loved the coffee bar and that coffee and tea were provided. Thanks! Nice touch!

Our stay

We were looking for a house close to the downtown area and it provided that. The upstairs area was functional but had no couch or chairs. The only place to sit was at the dining room table. The bedrooms were very nicely decorated, but the king bed was very squeaky. The kitchen provided most necessary utensils and cookware, along with spices, which was great! The coffee pot was very dirty and had to be cleaned out before using. The downstairs area was nice for kids, but the couch was very uncomfortable and had seen better days. This was the only place to watch TV and relax. The parking spaces were not intended for 2 cars (unless you have very small cars) as indicated on the listing. This home was ok for a short stay, but no flex space to relax.

Hailey always returned my text messages right away. She was so helpful and the property was immaculate and very nicely remodeled. All beds were very comfortable. Only downside was only one bathroom but it ended up being just fine. So altogether great place beautiful house and great customer service from owner 😊😊

Clean place, quiet neighborhood, everything in kitchen seemed new

We were going to a family wedding at Meijer Gardens and hoped to use the property to let family members, dress, nap, cry, etc. during the prep. The map showed it was close, but we found there was a highway separating us. No dice for that plan, but place was good for providing quiet time. I'd highly recommend driving (we were "Lyft"ing) Also, it's great for a family meal with a big dining area. The living/TV room area is in the basement. Excellent Meijer's store nearby!

Exactly as described 👌

Our family of 7 visited Michigan for the first time and staying here made the experience so much better! Amenities are very close by but you still stay in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and spacious. The host is super nice and very quick at communicating which helped us plan our trip better. Would definitely stay here again !
