We appreciate your support as a small, self managed Maui family owned rental instead of renting from a large mainland management company.

Enjoy sunny South Maui in our lovely studio top floor condo at the award-winning Grand Champions Villas.

Our studio has been renovated with modern tropical furnishings, comfortable king bed, new bathroom, private lanai and upgraded kitchenette facilities to include a larger size fridge (with dedicated freezer), and kitchenette sink. This unit also has it's own washer/dryer. Most striking about this unit is it's affordability considering the Wailea location and the amenities included.

This rental is located walking distance to many of Maui's most pristine white sand beaches. There is a three-and-one-half-mile paved beach path that fronts five-star hotels for morning exercise or evening sunset strolls. If your heart desires to just lounge about, there are two gorgeous pool and whirlpool spa areas that also have gas barbecues and shaded tables for pool-side dining.

These beautiful accommodations are only two minutes away from the Shops of Wailea. Three renowned championship golf courses and 11 tennis courts surround the Grand Champions Villas providing preferential rates to our guests.

We visit the Wailea area every year and decided to try the Grand Wailea condos. Very convenient location. Only downside is the air-conditioning unit is pretty loud. Couldn't hear the TV unless we turned it up pretty loud, but we don't go to the islands to watch TV : )We would rent again. Really enjoyed our stay.

Can’t beat the location! Walkable access to Wailea shops & restaurants. In unit washer/dryer was very convenient. Provided beach equipment includes 2 chairs, 2 beach towels, umbrella, cooler, & snorkel gear. Overall, fantastic place to stay!

We loved the convenient Wailea location as so close to everything we enjoy including; morning walks along the ocean path, Akamai coffee, farmer's market, Wailea Shops, the new Koast Restaurant and our favourite beach - Keawakapu!Lovely terrace with a garden oasis of trees, shrubs and birds gave a wonderful sense of privacy amid nature.

Wonderful stay at this Cute Condo for two

We really enjoyed this Condo! Roomy bathroom, comfortable King Bed, and lots of extra beach equipment. ( Snorkel, beach chairs, boogie board, beach towels, etc. ) Great location in Wailea -- Will stay here again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this very well equipped and located condo. The kitchen set up is very small, so can't cook much, but .....that can be a good thing too! Great communication with owner.

Nice condo in a quite area

We had a great time staying at Wailea Champions - the condo is not big, but is well equipped. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood, not far from the beach and shopping area in Wailea. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional location. Variety of beaches in area is incredible. Having beach chairs, umbrella and snorkeling equipment was a bonus we enjoyed daily. Only complaint is the bed is on the soft side, but that is a personal preference. Would come back to Grand Champion in a heartbeat.

Central location

Nice studio perfect for my husband and I. Great location easy to get around the island. Only complaint was that there is no assigned parking spot just have to park in guest parking which isn’t always convenient and you have to carry beach stuff two buildings over. However that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Really enjoyed the area and the balcony was beautiful with all the foliage and birds.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful escape to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. Picture perfect beaches are a 10 minute walk away. Access points are a bit tricky at first, but some parking is also available at public access points. Kitchenette was sufficient for basic meals. Enjoyed the birds and flowers that surrounded us. Pillows were flat, but everything else was comfortable, clean and safe.

Tamara has lived on Maui since 1996 and her two children were born and raised here. She has roots in Canada where she grew up (Jasper, Alberta) and most of her family still reside. She started her business with her ex-husband Steve who worked as a firefighter for the County of Maui for 20 years. Her son is finishing a degree in computer science at UBCO and her daughter attends Parson's Paris studying fashion design. Tamara owns and manages a permitted rental home (Cloud 9 Beach House) as well as a one bedroom and a studio condo in Wailea. She lives five minutes from her properties and takes great care to ensure her guests are happy and have all they need for a stress free Maui vacation.
