Wonderful House for 3 families to share

We loved our stay at Cape Ann. The home was well put together and had lots of perks to keep the kids happy. The swimming pool and arcade were a big hit! Their parents loved the hot tub and appreciated the homeā€™s cleanliness, baby gates, and comfortable beds! Would definitely return!

Beautiful house just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Food Lion ,Cotton Gin, Home Goods and Sonic very close. Host was very quick in responding to whatever we needed. The weather was great.

Wonderful home for a large group!

Our group loved our stay at Cape Ann! We had three families in our party and everyone was pleased with our stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and designed for entertaining large groups, and the living room/dining space was perfect for hanging out and playing games. The kids all loved the heated pool, hot tub, and game room, and the beach access was close and easy. I would definitely recommend Cape Ann!

Beautiful Vacation Home

The Cape Ann was everything we hoped for. Things were nearly labeled in the kitchen and the entire home was detail oriented. It was clean, well maintained and accessible to the beach and great restaurants. We didnā€™t get to enjoy the hot tub or pool, but they looked lovely. We hope to visit here again.

Amazing for families

Awesome vacation spot!

Wonderful Home!

This was our second year in a row staying at Cape Ann, and we have absolutely loved it each time. We have 8 adults and the home is a perfect set up for us. We have never had any problems, and we look forward to staying there again next year! I definitely recommend this home for its size, cleanliness, location, and the golf cart is a great bonus to have.

Amazing Spring Getaway

Perfect house for a family vacation

This was our first blended-family vacation all staying under one roof! Everyone had their own room, complete with a their own bathroom. The amenities were perfect. Lots to see and do in a perfect location. We would return to this vacation rental
