Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Message us when you leave the condo. Leave the used towels in the shower area. You can also leave the sheets on the floor in the bedroom.
If you used any dishes please place them in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.
Of course please make sure that the balcony door is closed and be sure to hit lock on the door when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Can’t say enough good stuff about our stay! Condo was nicely remodeled and clean. Bed was comfortable and condo had all the necessities we needed. The view from the balcony was AWESOME! My son was playing baseball at Ripken with his high school team and the condo location was close to the sports complex, the team’s condos, and nightlife. While baseball was the reason we were here, my husband and I treated it like a little getaway. We really felt we had a great place at an extremely good price. Hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay as always with Kathy and Arthur as our host. They are the best! Home away from home. We loved the condo its beautiful. Parking was great. The people we encountered in the building was nice. We got to see dolphins on our last day which was great and what we've been waiting for since we started coming to the beach a few years ago. I never want to leave the beach when its time to check out. Wonderful stay! Look forward to returning for a weekend in September!!.

Great week in Myrtle

Really enjoyed our week-long stay in this condo. Location was great to access the beach (just across the street), shops within 10 min. drive, and plenty of restaurants to choose from within a short distance. Complex was also very quite and secure. We really liked the decor of this unit. Appreciate the owners checking on us throughout the week to make sure everything was meeting our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was beautiful. It was so clean and smelled wonderful. The remodel job you all did was wonderful. My husband and I felt like we were at home- very comfortable. I appreciate the messages throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The views of the ocean were amazing- we watched a few storms while we were there. Gorgeous! We would stay again for sure. This property was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Everything was just as listed and better. The location was perfect; close to shopping, great restaurants, and family fun.
