Welcome to Hypnautic! If attention to detail and beach vibes are your thing, this fantastic island-themed home is just the place for you. With a private heated saltwater pool and an incredibly decorated and furnished outdoor living area, this house is perfect for hosting your island getaway. The spacious driveway has room for up to 4 vehicles and parking for boats and watercraft is permitted. Walking up the stairs to the main deck you have outdoor seating for up to 4 people. From there through the front door you are greeted by the well-furnished living room, complete with a large couch, rocking chair, and TV. Just across is the kitchen and dining area, with seating for 6 at the table and 2 at the bar. The kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and has everything you need to prepare meals. Making your way down the hall, on the right is the first bedroom which has a Queen-sized mattress and Twin. The second bedroom on the right mirrors the first bedroom and also has a Queen bed and a separate Twin. Across from the first two bedrooms is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Further down the hall and just to the left is a Full-sized bathroom with a shower and tub. Finally, we reach the master bedroom. Equipped with a King-size bed and another full bathroom with a shower and tub. Inside the house is amazing, but the backyard is where it's really at! Relax under the cabana, cook up some fish on the smoker grill while watching the big game outside, or just cool off and relax in the saltwater pool. Whatever your style of vacation is, Hypnautic offers it all!

Pool issues

The main reason I rented house was for the hot tub and heated pool. The owners were suppose to turn on hot tub and pool temp so my kids could enjoys them. Never got turners on. I called last night assured me it would get turned on. Never did. Was sad and disappointed we were not able to use them that I paid that amount and didn't get to enjoy.

Really Nice!

Very comfortable for me and my older kids for a quick trip. The downstairs was really nice but the mosquitos were unbearable, just part of being in south texas. We asked to have the pool heated because the water was freezing but it never did warm up. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
