Overall good. Lack of trash bags and toilet paper was silly and not communicated that it wasn’t provided so had to make a store run. Dog friendly but not a lot of area for dogs to use restroom

Perfect house in perfect location!

We truly enjoyed our time at Coral Cottage! The home was spacious with a great layout both outside and inside. Private pool and large outdoor space makes it perfect for families.

Great Experience!

It was our family's first time in Port Aransas, we enjoyed everything since we got to the property our communication with the host was fast, they even gave us an early check in if needed, the property was clean and provided everything for a great stay, the pool was amazing! definitely will stay again when visiting Port Aransas.

The Pink House (the kiddos name for it)

Cute little place with a pool. Big enough for a small family and loved that it had a pool for when the kids wanted to swim and us relax with them. Great area. Good times!

This home is a quaint two-bedroom with plenty of living and kitchen space, and it’s in a perfect location. I really appreciated the ease of checking in after hours, which was seamless. The pool is a great size and a wonderful feature — even though it was too cold to enjoy during this trip, it’s a definite plus for warmer months.Positives:Spacious and cozy layoutGreat locationSmooth check-in processNice-sized poolNegatives:Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue upon arrival. I had to clean the home before feeling comfortable using it. The surfaces looked clean at first glance, but wiping them down revealed a lot of dirt residue that hurt my rag dark .The bathroom also wasn’t properly cleaned — the toilet was dirty, there were chunks of hair on the shower wall, and I noticed dead bugs on the floors. The cookware was in poor condition, with the Teflon peeling off, and the utensil drawers were dirty. The outdoor grill hadn’t been cleaned and still had crumpled foil left behind from a previous guest, and there was no grill brush provided to clean it.For the price paid, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and maintenance. The location and amenities have great potential, but the property would benefit greatly from more thorough cleaning and upkeep between guests.

Great stay if you want to be sweaty at night

We have stayed at this property before and really enjoyed it. This time was not nearly as enjoyable. Typical sleeping temperature is 65-66, and after the first night, we discovered that the room had not cooled below 70 degrees. We contacted the property manager - they came out and changed the AC filter, but nothing changed. They then said something about how the "owner" must have some setting so that it doesn't go below 70. I told them this was unacceptable, they agreed and said they would get it fixed asap. 2 days later, multiple phone calls later, and emails on the Vrbo app, and I realized they were simply ignoring me. Not nearly the customer service experience I was expecting given the amount of money we paid for this rental.

Port A Spring Break/Birthday Trip

Our family and kids childhood friends travelled to Port A to enjoy spring break and our son’s 16th birthday for 5 days!We will start with the Pro’s. The location was perfect!! The pool and the pool area was amazing!! The property management company were super kind and friendly! For the cons. The beds especially the master bedroom were so hard we couldn’t sleep. The master bedroom bed has a lump in the middle where you have no option but to sleep on the edge. The bed was so hard we actually checked to see if we were sleeping on the box spring. The listing says it will comfortably sleep 6. We had 6 people. There isn’t room for 6 unless 2 people sleep on a couch together that does not pull out into a bed. With the listing saying it sleeps 6 and we reserved it for 6 we thought we would have the necessary bath towels for 6 people. However we received 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. I did laundry multiple times a day so everyone could shower. When you do laundry no matter what setting an automatic dry setting or a timer setting the dryer never turns off unless you open the door to stop it. The master bedroom tv remote was broken with missing pieces, it did still work if you held it together. The master bedroom window has a broken pane and is full of water so you cannot see out the window if you open it. The living room remote did not have batteries in it at all. And basic starter essentials weren’t available. Not even 1 trash bag or dish sponge.
