New Beachfront listing! Fully renovated in April 2022.

Villa Lantana is a completely renovated two story unit located right on Sapphire Beach. The renovation was just completed and everything is brand new and beautiful! The first floor has a well appointed kitchen, living room and full bath. There is a sofa that converts to a queen size bed as well. The second floor has two queen size beds and a gorgeous master bath. There are two balconies that overlook the beach and pool area. It’s a great place to watch the sunrise over St. John and BVI.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please feel free to leave any unopened food products or drinks in the fridge or on the counter yet as those will be donated to our community shelter.
Please make sure to shut off all lights and turn both AC units to 73 degrees. We also ask that you make sure the sliding doors are closed and the front door gets locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There will be a cleaning and damages fee applied if any smoking or vaping takes place inside the unit or on the outdoor balconies.
Upon checking out we require all guests to place and dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run it. There are detergent pods below the sink.
Please empty the trash before leaving. There is a large dumpster in the parking lot near the trailer by the marina.

We’ve stayed at many Sapphire condos and this is by far the most updated and modern we’ve seen. It was very clean. Check in was easy and the whole process was smooth. We enjoyed being in Building D, away from all the loud action at the beach bar. It was a beautiful view of the point and pool. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view. The condo was clean for the most part. The upstairs shower is moldy if yours sensitive to that. The Sapphire Beach location itself is pretty rundown which is disappointing. The host wasn’t terribly responsive to questions and information posted on the listing was inaccurate. No Wi-Fi available for several days due to incorrect information posted in listing. There are a lot of stairs to this third story property with no elevator so if that may be a barrier for some people. The condo address in the listing is just a general property location. It was very difficult to figure out which unit we had rented with no response from the host to verify information. There is no information left on where to obtain additional towels or supplies which were very marginally stocked for our weeks stay. I.E garage bags, shower soap, paper towel, etc. very minimal basic stuff when renting.

This property was clean and as advertised. The location is very convenient if you don't want to rent a car because there are restaurants on site and taxis are easily available to take you to Red Hook.

St. Thomas spring break

We had a blast. The condo was perfect for my family of five and is part of the sapphire beach resort and marina. The resort is super convenient with a great beach and bar and a few restaurants. The food at the resort was some of the best quality we found on the island. Tiarra is super accommodating and a wonderful host!
