This place was beautiful. It was very clean, well designed and just had so many things that were thoughtfully planned for a family stay. Centrally located to the downtown and safe, quite neighborhood. We were very comfortable and the place was perfect for our stay. This is a place home away from home for me and my husband when we go to events in St. Augustine. Its decor is so warm and inviting and the host is very easy to communicate with. The place has all the amenities that one could want and is always clean, spacious and in an area that is quiet. Recommend this place to all!!! It is also conveniently close by restaurants, shopping etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in St. Augustine over Labor Day weekend! The location was perfect—centrally located and convenient to everything we wanted to enjoy during our quick getaway.The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time together.Our visit was especially meaningful because we were celebrating my mom’s 95th birthday, and this home provided the perfect setting for such a special family celebration. We truly could not have asked for a better place to make memories together.Thank you to the host for providing such a lovely, welcoming, and comfortable home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Augustine. We hope to return again in the future!

Great Location and Super Clean Cottage

This super clean 3 bedroom cottage was perfect to meet our needs when attending a family wedding. The location is almost within 7-12 minutes of anything you may need or want including the historic district. I would recommend this location to anyone wishing to stay in the St Augustine area.

My family and I had a wonderful time in St. Augustine. The rental was clean, comfortable, and more spacious in person than we expected it to be. The host was responsive and we loved how tastefully decorated the home was. Only downside is that it’s in a questionable neighborhood. Next time we’re in St. Augustine we’d definitely stay here again if available!

Adorable facility, roomy and clean. Had some difficulty with the door locks but quick response from owner assisted. Entry walkway needs some maintenance as well as curb appeal but once inside, very nice accommodations. Towels,lighting,seating…all very good. Clean and easy bathroom facilities. Host was very responsive throughout and during the booking process.Location to downtown was easy. Early morning neighborhood rooster. I failed to use my Vrbo credit offering.

Charming & Cozy!

We stayed in this beautiful home for Thanksgiving to enjoy the lights in downtown St. Augustine. We immediately felt at home and were in love with how cute this place is! Very close drive to all of the key spots for us — downtown, distillery, San Sebastián.
