Enjoy our little slice of tropical paradise in this newly renovated, pool home on a canal. You will have direct access to the gulf, with just a 10 min boat ride the Caloosahatchee River and 25 minutes to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Cape Coral has over 400 miles of canals. There's so much to explore and experience whether in the canals or the Gulf of Mexico.

This immaculately maintained and spotless clean modern pool home was built to enjoy, relax and live the Florida life style. The kitchen offers a view from the canal and ample space to cook, with brand new appliances. The master bedroom features a large step-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are newly renovated and features spacious walk in showers, with rainfall showerhead. Large newly repaved pool deck is a great place to watch the sunset overlooking the extra large and deep pool. Just steps away, you can fish from the backyard dock. The yard is surrounded by lush tropical landscapes including a gated section for dogs.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests are requested to move trash bins to end of driveway Sunday nights for pickup. Landscapers come Tues, and pool person may perform maintenance.
We provide the BBQ / a propane tank for exchange but do not supply propane itself.
No parties. No loud noise between 10PM-6AM (especially in the pool area). No additional guests / visitors on premises. Be respectful of our neighbors.

Cozy with a great kitchen

Very nice location, easy 45 min drive to beautiful Sanibel Island. House was clean and the kitchen was super comfortable not only for cooking but for hanging out. Pool was nice and the water was very clean. Excellent for the price.

Beautiful property! It was a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything is within a 45 minute drive, so not bad at all. Only complaints we had were that there was broken glass in the deep end of the pool. Thankfully my son found it with the net rather than stepping on it. There were also ants that got into our cereal and snacks. Other than that everything was amazing! Absolutely would stay again!

Great time with friends and family!

The property is in a great location and less than 10 minutes from the canal to the river and then out to sea. You have everything you'll need to spend your time with friends and family. The pool and barbecue provided lots of fun when we weren't out at sea. It is also worth going up the river to Ft. Myers, it has a nice small town feel to it and there's plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had a great time!

When we arrived, there was a note not to use the dishwasher. When I tried to wash dishes in the sink, the water would not go down. Obviously the house cleaner from the previous party had reported a problem before our arrival but nothing was done. No dishwashing was available until 24 hours after our arrival when it was repaired.I also contacted the host about no hair dryer available at the home. The answer was that the last person must have stolen it and no replacement would be given. The host also controlled the temperature in the home so if we wanted it warmer on the cooler days, I needed to request each time for a reset. On our second day, I notified the host that the home had been infested with tiny ants who had attacked the food that we had intended to be our breakfast for the morning. It all needed to be destroyed. Ants were also in both bathrooms. I never heard back from him about this problem. It was very unpleasant each time we went in a bathroom or kitchen to see the problem. The landscaping in front of the home also needs a great deal of attention. There are many fallen branches that are only blown under the bushes and later blown onto the sidewalk by the wind. The home has some great potential but the problems made our visit unenjoyable. We would not stay here again.

Perfect Vacation spot

Our stay was all and more then what we expected. Perfectly located in the center of all ( beach, restaurants, grocery stores etc.) .all within minutes away. The only suggestion I would say it would be nice to have kid stuff ( high chair, playpen available on site...Overall we had a 5 star say and loved it! Thanks again and will be coming back in future.

Cape Coral tropical boathouse stay

We had a very nice stay at this VRBO house located on an ocean access canal with a fully functional boat lift which came in handy to be able to enjoy our rented boat and all the nearby waterways within only about a half-hour ride out to Sanibel Island. The house had all the amenities for a wonderful weeklong stay including a pool and a very nice gas grill which we utilized often. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything necessary to prepare all of our meals at home. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were very tasteful. Very fast internet which was nice as we brought a firestick for all our entertainment needs. Cary, the host, was very attentive and always a quick phone call away. Highly recommend this place, especially if you're into boating!
