End of 2015 completed, bright, light-flooded, comfortable and modern furnished 59 square meters apartment in the attic.

With a bedroom for 2 people and an additional separate bedroom for 1 person ideal for families or traveling with "Annex".

Located directly at the entrance to the pier with comfortable seating and lounging benches and games.
The beach is therefore also right on the doorstep.

With a loggia and a balcony, the apartment is also optimally equipped to enjoy the morning and evening sun.

The open kitchen has a full equipment (induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher). A free highchair is also available.

A fireplace and flat-screen TV in the living room and in the bedroom are next to the radio and DVD / CD player for the cosiness directly in the apartment for you.

You can park your vehicle directly outside the door on the enclosed property on its own parking space.

For outdoor activities, where the fresh Baltic Sea air will blow your nose, the Graswarder nature reserve with the observation tower is just a few minutes' walk away.

Activities on the water such as deep sea fishing, surfing or sailing can be booked in the immediate vicinity.

A beach chair is available for you on the beach, you will receive the key for the beach chair on arrival.

Seaside ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Toller Ausblick nach allen Seiten, zentral und trotzdem ruhig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und bequeme Betten. Wenn wir hätten sie schrumpfen können, wäre sie im Koffer gelandet und wir hätten sie mit heim genommen. Zu erwähnen wäre noch, dass hier alle superfreundlich und gechillt sind. Wir kommen wieder! Wir lieben Heiligenhafen.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung und erneut sehr glücklich. Die Aufteilung ist ideal mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Der gemeinsame Aufenthaltsbereich mit Wohnen, Essen und Küche sehr geräumig und mit der bis in den Spitzboden ausgebauten Räumen besitzt die Wohnung ein sehr schönes Flair. Auch Küchen- und Badausstattung top, zwei Balkone - auf einem ist immer Sonne und eine tolle Aussicht zum Meer und zur Seebrücke auf einer Seite und in den Yachthafen zur anderen Seite. Tolle Lage an der Seebrückenpromenade. Ganz toll, auch für eine Familie! Ich danke dem Marina Strandresort und den Eigentümern der Wohnung - wir kommen gern noch ein drittes Mal wieder.

Schöne moderne helle Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse, kleine Läden direkt an der Promenade und ein Katzensprung zur Ostsee. Der Checkin war unkompliziert und der checkout noch einfacher, die Schlüssel inklusive Unterlagen mussten nur in einen Postkasten geworfen werden. Bis auf ein paar kleine Abzüge in punkto Sauberkeit konnten wir absolut nicht meckern! Es gibt zwei Balkone zu beiden Seiten sodass man jederzeit die Möglichkeit hat Sonne zu tanken! Rundum war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! 😊
