Incredible property! We loved staying at The 207. The entire unit was in excellent condition with all modern amenities. The private lot and outdoor patio area was also a nice perk! Very easy check-in and check-out and owner was very responsive, although there was nothing we needed. Can’t wait to go back again!

We had a wonderful time with friends in this stylish and beautiful home. The location was great, with easy access to both Portsmouth and Portland, Maine.There was one unexpected incident during our stay. Fairly late one evening, a man came to the door and told us that he had been working at the neighboring property. He explained that the owner was supposed to come by but hadn’t shown up, and that he was hungry, so he asked if we had anything we could give him to eat.My husband and another male friend were there and spoke with him, and we gave him some food we had on hand. Since it was late at night and we weren’t expecting anyone to come to the house, the situation did make us feel a little uneasy. I would have felt much less comfortable if I had been staying there without them.Aside from that unusual experience, we really enjoyed the house and had a great time during our stay.

Wonderful experience!

We stayed at the 207 as a brief vacation with our daughter who just returned home from her first year in college. The place was absolutely wonderful... we have no complaints, and enjoyed our stay. The owner's communication was very timely; When I asked a question, they responded within minutes.

Great Little House

This property was perfect for our annual cousins get away. It is close to everything! We hit Dover NH, Wells Laudholm Farm Reserve, Ogunquit Footbridge Beach, and York during our stay. Everything was only 20 minutes away. Jaylan responded quickly every time we reached out with a question - she gave us great referrals to restaurants as well. HIGHLY recommended.
