Great house and very clean and very nice decor. Location is great with small children because it is walking distance to Camp Watercolor. Golf cart is a bit loud, and roof is cracked so it rattles. This is a great house for a large family.

We just left an 8-night stay in this home. There were some early miscommunications with the host prior to check-in due to new team members that weren’t familiar with resort rules. Upon check-in, the Primary bedroom was not cleaned well - a few “items” were left under bedside table by previous guest. Three of the showers leaked horribly and required many towels to clean up - which required daily loads of towel washing. When maintenance came out to repair, we were told that it couldn’t be repaired - it was a design flaw. The slope of the floor caused water to drain away from floor drain and under shower doors. Several things were in disrepair - pull out trash bin was busted. All in all, it’s a beautiful house and it was a great location - across the street from Camp Watercolor. I’d give this a 3.5 stars, but that wasn’t an option.

Absolutely Stunning Vacay Home

My family and I stayed here for a short while. But loved this home. Beautiful, clean, has everything you need, love the layout of the home, love the location, great location, etc. Wish we had stay there longer. Definitely will book again.

Wonderful

This house was great! Communication with management company was super easy. 2 master bedrooms downstairs, 1 master upstairs and 2 bunk rooms. The kitchen/dining/living is also upstairs. The golf cart was so nice to have :)

There is a heated pool with 2 sections, not an actual hot tub. The oven was not working, needs to be fixed. The cleaning wasn’t completed at check in Multiple ceiling fans coming apart Responsiveness of the property management was not great. I did want to clarify a few points for future guests’ understanding: The home does not advertise having a hot tub or spa, only optional pool heat, which was functioning properly throughout the stay. In reviewing our message thread, I do see that our team responded promptly to each comment and request that came through during the reservation. We always aim to be as helpful and timely as possible. We do greatly appreciate you for bringing the oven issue to our attention while you were here. It has since been fully repaired and is now working perfectly. We sincerely apologize if any part of the cleaning did not meet expectations at check-in. We addressed your concerns as soon as they were shared with us. We also appreciate you noting the fans, and those have been inspected and tightened to ensure they are secure. Excellent location & lovely home. Most of our questions & issues were handled quickly which was appreciated. For the weekly rate, we assumed the porches & pool deck would have been swept & mopped on our arrival. The 2nd floor Master Bathroom has a great double shower but the drains were not designed properly so water flows out onto the floor which was disappointing. If I owned this beautiful home, I would certainly repair this problem. The bunk room bathroom shower door has a gap so water flows out onto the floor as well. The furnishings throughout the house & porches are really nice but are showing quite a bit of wear & tear. The white slipcovered couch was dirty so we laid a bedspread over it before using it. The front porch swing was our favorite spot in the house! Only having a few hours between checkout & checkin doesn’t allow much time for deep cleaning & general maintenance. Overall, we loved the location & house and had a great multi generation family vacation at Watercolor. Thanks!
