Let It Beach Bungalow

Brand New Mitsubishi Mini Splits added in 2022 for Air Conditioning! This is a 1 Bed, 1 Bath Unit in a 2 Unit Home. THIS IS THE DOWNSTAIRS UNIT. YOU WILL HEAR THE PEOPLE ABOVE YOU. The home was built and completed in 1991, so it is not nearly as rickety & noisy as other houses in the neighborhood. It is a simple unit meant for enjoying the beach & the town. It has WIFI (no cable) and a washer/dryer. This unit has exclusive use of the front porch. It is down home Cape May, not the Ritz Carlton.

Cape May was requiring guests to bring their own sheets, towels, blankets and pillows during the pandemic. Our housekeeping service has requested, and we have agreed, to continue this practice for the rest of the 2022 season. If you have an issue with this because you are flying in please let me know. We are close to everything downtown. Once you get here, you don’t “need” a car.

This unit is 100% self contained. The driveway is shared, and the points of entry to the inside are next to each other. Each unit has everything unto itself. The beach, which is exactly 1/2 mile down Jefferson street is a 10 minute walk away.

The front porch is reserved for this unit.

Great location

Spacious ground floor apartment in a great location: easy walk to the beach and shops. Nice place to walk in general; in a neighborhood of lovely Victorians. Kind of dark which we didn't mind. Carpet outdated but not a big issue. Super responsive owner. My son loved the outdoor shower.
