The 80 square meter apartment is located in a built in 1876 villa. The 40qm large living area has a large comfortable sofa overlooking the Elbe, a 42 inch TV, a music system, a dining table for 4 -6 people, a kitchen counter with 2 seats and an open French kitchen with electric stove, microwave, coffee machine , Fridge with freezer, dishwasher and much more. From here you get to the 25sqm south facing terrace with Elbblick, barbecue and seating. In the sleeping area is a 180x200 cm large double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a large vanity and a washing machine. On request, an extra bed is possible. For excursions 2 bikes can be used. A parking space is available on the enclosed property.

Ein paar ErgÀnzungen bzw. Verbesserungen

Steh-bzw. Leselampe am Sofa, zusĂ€tzlicher Sessel im Schlafzimmer, Staubsauger zur Nutzung, sowie ein Abzieher fĂŒr die Duschwand. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit HandtĂŒchern, GeschirrtĂŒchern Haushaltspapier und auch To-Papier. Das hatten wir auch so noch nie.

Septembertage an der Elbe

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in einer sehr angenehmen und herrlich gelegenen Wohnung in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zur Elbe und zum Stadtzentrum verbracht. Zwei FahrrĂ€der haben das Urlaubserlebnis bei herrlichem FrĂŒhherbstwetter abgerundet. Unsere Gastgeber waren im Vorfeld super erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein, wenn auch kurzer, aber gelungener Urlaub!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, stilsicher eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im AlltÀglichen benötigt. Die Terrasse einfach nur schön. Die FahrrÀder rundeten - bei schönstem Wetter - unseren Aufenthalt noch ab. Alles prima und absolut empfehlenswert.

Fabulous location and apartment!

Tastefully appointed in a great location. The patio allows for a view of the Elba, including the lights reflected on the river at night. Buses to both the old and new parts of the city are nearby as are gas and grocery. It is an easy walk along the river to the old part of Dresden and equally as fast to get to the new portion of the city. The hosts are very warm and welcoming and readily available. We couldn't have asked for more and had a great time while there.

Perfektes Appartement mit super Ausstattung

Diese liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hatte alles zu bieten, was man sich wĂŒnschen konnte. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts (WischtĂŒcher, Lappen, Waschmittel, WĂ€schestĂ€nder, BĂŒgeleisen, GewĂŒrze, Tee, Grillkohle, GrillanzĂŒnder, Fliegengitter, Kerzen, etc.) - einfach wie zu Hause. Super angebunden direkt am Elberadweg und mit hauseigenen FahrrĂ€dern war die Innenstadt im Handumdrehen zu erreichen. Gelungener Urlaub in der Landeshauptstadt! Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Umgang mit der Vermieterfamilie ;-)

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer idyllisch gelegenen Villa am Elbufer

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung in der Villa Graf von Pfeil verbracht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Im Garten kann man relaxen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier am richtigen Platz. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Altstadt am Elbufer entlang in ca. 20 Minuten. Karina und Gerd von der OstseekĂŒste.

Eine wunderschöne und einzigartige Ferienwohnung an absolut perfekter Lage um Dresden und Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. Dazu beigetragen hat sicherlich auch der freundliche Empfang und die Betreuung der EigentĂŒmer, welche im gleichen Haus wohnen und bei Fragen jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Stelle waren. Kurz: ein Feriendomizil, welches keine WĂŒnschen offen lĂ€sst!
