Kids loved the pool. Kitchen and living room area was nice and open. Main house bedrooms were nice. Casita and airstream were less nice. Nice area. Lots of activities available. Hosts were helpful. Generally enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! The kids were in the pool every morning! Beautiful views! The home has everything you need for your stay and the beds are comfy. We were only 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do!Thanks to George for all the help and answering our questions and addressing our problems. Great experience!

We stayed at this beautiful property and hosted a baby shower for my sister, who is local. The home was beautiful and well stocked for those who were staying on site, and the event space was perfect for our event of about 40 people. Highly recommend booking this property!!

We had a great family stay at this property! Everything was exactly as expected, clean and comfortable, and worked perfectly for our trip. The house and property were beautiful! Very close to everything, communication with owners was excellent. We came with 16 people, families and friends for graduation and plenty of room for everyone and more. Outdoor spaces were awesome, fire pit, 2 fire tables on upstairs deck, ample seating everywhere. Pool was amazing and so many games by the pool.

Amazing Bachelorette Party!

This property was absolutely stunning!! We had about 20 people stay all together for a bachelorette party and it was so very fun. The views, the rooms, the amenities, the communication with the host - everything was utterly seamless and exactly as pictured. Could not recommend this property or host more!!

Perfect for a mom's getaway

We had a wonderful at this property. The layout was perfect for hangout time. We enjoyed all our meals together on the large dining table. The spa was spacious and hot. The views incredible. The property management team was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Our entire group is looking forward to returning in the future.

The house has an incredible view and a pool that makes the stay completely worth it. However the size of the space and the number of true bed spots didn’t completely align with expectations for a large group of 20 grown men. We ended up having to buy more mattresses to sleep in the limited space in the house. Additionally, it’s an inconvenience to have to contact the ownership for use of the hot tub. They were prompt and helpful whenever we sent a message but it asking permission every time got tiresome.

For clarity, your reservation included 28 guests, we do our best to ensure our listing reflects the bed setup and intended capacity so groups can plan their sleeping arrangements comfortably in advance. Regarding the hot tub, we were glad to assist each time you reached out. We made sure to respond promptly and sanitized the spa regularly throughout your stay because we noticed it was being enjoyed often. We understand the desire to have it running continuously, but spa systems aren’t designed for all-day operation- doing so overheats the water and leads to foaming, which actually makes the spa less enjoyable and not as safe. Our goal is always to keep it clean, balanced, and ready for guests to use comfortably. We appreciate your comments and hope your group made wonderful memories during your stay. Amazing property + amazing hosts

Amazing! The property (pool, house, spa, games, facilities) as a whole was fantastic, with every amenity and thoughtful touch you could hope for (welcome basket, state of the art espresso maker, dishes and pots and pans and teas and coffee and spices....). It was perfect for 3 generations of our family to hang out in for a week - enough room so we were able to do things together, but also have our own spaces, including an amazing kitchen to prepare our meals. Easy access to downtown and the coast, and grocery stores nearby. And the Teal team (Jessica in particular) were fantastic hosts. Incredibly responsive to any request, excellent communication at all times, and generally a pleasure to deal with. Hope to back one day soon!
