Cottage w/ 56 ft lakefront & private dock on Carlin Bay. 30 min to Coeur d'Alene by car & 15 by boat. Great for 2-3 couples plus kids. 10 m to Harrison. Full amenities include a fire pit, barbecue, hammock, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and Lily Pad. Expansive view. Morning shade, afternoon sun. 3 queen rooms, 3 baths. The lake-level room has 1 Q bed, one bunk set, and a futon couch. Next door to Latitudes Gourmet Food Truck and a public park that can be used for lounging and games. **NO PETS ALLOWED**

Why they chose this property

Great views. Fun to sit on deck or dock and watch the many premier boats and yachts that travel to and from the Carlin Bar Marina and Latitude Gourmet Food Truck next door. Minutes from world-famous Gozzar Ranch Golf Resort and Lake Club and half an hour from Coeur d'Alene 5-star Resort. Ten miles to Harrison. The property is at lake level and has both a flat beach and lawn. Adjacent public boat ramp and dock that can be used for loading and docking boats. Parking for 3-4 cars. Public parking lot across the street for overflow or boat trailer storage. Drip and Keurig coffee pots, two drink refrigerators. One bathtub, three showers. No dishwasher. All water is potable and runs through two particle filters, reverse osmosis and UV light filter. Forest Service land and hiking minutes away. Trail of the Couer d'Alenes 72 miles of biking trails located 10 miles from the cabin. Hiawatha Trail is a 1-hour drive. Silverwood Amusement and Water park is a 1-hour drive.
