About this property

Wonderful holiday villa with private pool, air condition

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 18 €/person/set
- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded at departure)

The rent includes 85 kwh / week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.

The Space:
The Villa Almendro is a beautiful and comfortably furnished holiday home with private pool. It is located in a very quiet residential area in Javea, Balcón al mar and has a large sun terrace overlooking the pool and a large garden with old pine trees. From the roof terrace you have a great sea views.

The house itself is spacious - and offers plenty of space.

For the tenant is a carport available (4,90 x 4 m).

There is a sunny living-dining room with american style kitchen (with dish washer) and exit to the pool-terrace, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning).

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses in Javea, Balcon al mar.

Getting Around:
The nearest pebbly beach is Cala Portitxol (about 3 km). A very idyllic and likely visited bay with a very good restaurant (with great views of the sea) with typical Valencian kitchen.
The Arenal sandy beach of Javea can be reached in about 10 minutes (aprox. 5 km).
Restaurants, supermarket and tennis courts are in walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Alojamiento para extranjeros
Nos alojamos en el chalet durante una semana. A pesar de que las fotos coinciden con la realidad, nos hubiera gustado un trato más cercano, claro y menos exigente por parte de la inmobiliaria. En concreto, lo que no nos gustó fue: - éramos 3 personas (2 adultos y un bebé) y a pesar de pagar el alquiler del chalet por completo, en el contrato que nos mandaron se especificaba que si algún amigo/familiar quería pasar una noche, tenía que pagar. - el chalet no tenía suficientes mosquiteras como para poder ventilar la casa adecuadamente y obligando así el uso de los aires acondicionados. - todas las habitaciones (las 3) disponen de aire acondicionado pero NO la estancia principal (salon-cocina-comedor) - el consumo extra de luz debía ser pagado al finalizar el alojamiento. En alojamientos españoles de características similares esto no ocurre. - la cocina no dispone de microondas (en el siglo XXI?) - la limpieza final supone un coste extra exagerado, teniendo en cuenta que el inquilino debe dejar el alojamiento limpio. - la ubicación.... Siendo necesario el coche para ir a cualquier sitio, en una urbanización sin ni siquiera aceras. - no tiene paellero ni similar. Puntos a favor: - la piscina - una cocina moderna y un espacio abierto - las camas eran cómodas Pensamos que con pocos detalles el alojamiento podría estar mucho mejor y ser accesible a un público más amplio. Sin embargo, nosotros no repetiremos.
