Welcome to this thoughtfully stylish experience centrally located in downtown Winter Park. While this chic studio home is the perfect getaway for you and the family, it’s location makes it easy for you to get around.

You are only:

1.5 hours from Denver airport
2 minutes away from the Winter Park Resort
Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.
40 minutes to Grand Lake

Guest access
Free covered parking for up to 2 vehicles. Keep in mind that the covered parking can become quickly filled in the winter season, however, there is parking in front of the building. We’re located on the 3rd floor which does have elevator accessibility. The unit can be accessed by door code which will be available through VRBO at check-in time.

Other things to note
Our unit is located in the historic Snowblaze property. Think vintage old school ski lodge vibe, however, the beauty lies within the actual unit.

Keep in mind that there is no AC in unit. This is a mountain climate and AC’s are rarely in homes. In the event that it’s hot in the summer, we suggest leaving the windows open and allowing the cold night breeze to enter the home. We can also provide standup fans.

Lastly, after a long day of skiing or hiking, you have access to the grounds two hot tubs, indoor heated pool, and gym. In the summer months there is a shared roof deck with a grill, lounge chairs and fire pit for the cool summer nights.

We had a fantastic stay at this Winter Park property! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to the slopes, making it super convenient for skiing. The home itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day on the mountain. The place was clean and as pictured, complete with a kitchen and amenities. Not to mention a great location, being the last shuttle out of town or the first shuttle into town (to/from winter park). My wife and I stayed and we highly recommend! Mark, the host, was kind and easy to work with.

Perfect condo for ski holiday in Winter Park. Close to the slopes, within walking distance of food and entertainment. Bed was comfortable and the internet speed was excellent for those of us who sometimes have to work on the road.

Great communication from the host. The unit was as advertised and worth the price. The unit unfortunately was far from clean. It appeared as though the Cleaning Service before us did a very incomplete job. Literally jelly on the countertop and the floor was filthy. we had to sweep the whole entire unit. Also, the pool and hot tub was extremely dirty as though it had not been maintained in quite a long time. We did not even feel comfortable getting in the water. It was so gross.

The studio was clean, and modern. We loved the fire pit and roof top hangout that was in the facility. We walked everywhere. Everything is so close and accessible. I will stay here every time we travel to Winter Park!!!

Perfect location!

Issues initially with cleanliness of floors upon arrival but remedied quickly by the owner the next day! Owner very responsive. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub and heated pool were great! Great location to the slopes. Only recommendation would be to have a dish scrubber and drying rack! Would definitely stay again!
