This beautiful waterfront vacation home features a private boat dock with gulf access and a heated pool inside a screened-in lanai with a spacious covered patio. Experience outdoor living in the Florida room which features a pool table and a modern lounge area. Enjoy some of the many amenities this Florida house has to offer, such as the pool-side lounge chairs, BBQ grill, outdoor table, and a large comfortable seating area to take in the stunning sunsets over the canal. Rent or bring a boat to explore the beautiful Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, Gulf of Mexico, and surrounding area. Don't have a boat? No problem, fish from the dock or use the kayaks to explore the canals.

-NOTE: The maximum occupancy the house will accommodate is eight guests. Please --NOTE: The three bedrooms will accommodate six guests while two guests can sleep comfortably on the queen-size Murphy bed.
-NOTE: This rental price includes an average usage of 50.00 dollars a week for electricity. Excessive use will be deducted from your deposit in the amount of $0.15 per Kilowatt.

Florida Get Away

We loved everything about staying at this property. Great location. Close to all of our favorite places. We spent the majority of our time by the pool. The pool is heated and was at the perfect temp. This home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owner was great to work with. We will for sure be staying here again next year.

Family Spring Break

The house had most everything we needed including handsoaps and spices. The kids enjoyed being able to go from fishing to swimming in the pool and back to fishing all in the same day. Plenty of room in the house and outside. Shopping and food was close. We had a great time and would definitely recommend for future stays.
