Come join us at Mykonos on Anna Maria Island! This beautifully decorate, two bedroom, two bathroom home has the perfect location for you and your family. You are a quick 2 minute walk to Gulf beaches and 5 minutes to Pine Avenue where you will find shopping, restaurants, and the Free Anna Maria Trolley. The property has plenty of sleeping space for everyone! The master suite has a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed and TV. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower and is located directly across from the in house washer and dryer. The homeowners have recently complete construction on a brand new heated pool, astro-turf covering the entire backyard, as well as a large, private, outdoor shower.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Excellent location, beautiful property and POOL!!!

Just a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants! Absolutely loved spending every evening in the beautiful private backyard oasis - the pool was just perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the area! We loved our stay here!

This duplex was ideal for my side and I looking for great getaway. The private pool was perfect. It did rain for most of our stay but the peace and quiet was our main goal. The duplex was clean, staged very nicely and the furnishings were perfect as well. This unit would have been a perfect place for a small family as well. I will return here in the future. The food and restaurants were exceptional too!

Location and splendid pool!

My husband and I stayed for a few days in this lovely home. We visited Anna Maria island a few years ago, but this was a far better location! So close to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The private pool in the back was amazing, and we used it every day! We will return and rent this property again!

Anna Maria Island - North end

Our home was in a perfect spot. We stayed in the northern part of the island very close to Bean Point. We were in walking distance to the beach. The terrain is so flat, riding bikes was a breeze. There were several restaurant options very close to our home. Having our own, private pool was a HUGE perk.

Great time in Anna Maria

We had a lovely time. Couple things to note: save yourself the VRBO fees and book directly through Sato Real Estate satorealestate.com. Dealing with them was a breeze (that’s who you talk to during your stay anyway), and dealing with VRBO is not. Other than that, lovely location, clean, cozy and host was responsive to anything that came up.

Perfect for us!

The property was exactly as aspected and advertised. The pool was a show stopper. The location was perfect. Walkable to the beach and to local stores and restaurants. There were outdoor umbrellas at the property to help with the shade in the backyard and beach stuff in a shed. The neighbors were quiet. Great stay!

Great Location!

We loved our stay at Mykonos on Anna Maria Island. It was decorated inside with a cute beach theme and was very clean. It’s location was close to the beach and local eateries and shops on Pine Ave. and the piers. Our pool was perfect for all of us and our grandson. It was close enough to lots of fun activities but off the busier roads on AMI. The rental managers were very responsive to any requests and questions we had!
