Condo good everything not so much

Pros- clean condo, comfy beds, Cons- has CN Train running constantly all day and night long and is ridiculously loud. -Poor communication with owner -Listed as an air conditioned unit , it is not and because the train and ship yard is so loud we couldn’t open the windows - new condo building 50’ away being built so sleeping in or quiet mornings are not an option - Very poor neighbourhood lots of homeless and the surrounding area is dirty
