This was the perfect home and perfect location for a nice, relaxing weekend with my daughter. We had a wonderful time relaxing on the outdoor patio, riding bikes, and kayaking to the Gulf of America to see a sunset - bonus, we also seen dolphins!

This is a beautiful cottage on a canal with great outdoor space, bicycles, kayaks, and impeccable indoors. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need and very well outfitted kitchen. Convenient restaraunts and fishing charters. This is now my preferred place to stay in Hernando Beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience during our stay. The property was well maintained and appointed. We noticed some loose screws on the ladder on the dock and our host had the handyman out the very next morning. It was quite cozy and we appreciated all the details and conveniences (i.e. beach chairs and towels, coffee and tea selections in the cute wet bar and the serene outdoor space with gulf access). Would highly recommend and return to this gem!

What an amazing property and location. From fishing off the dock, kayaking down the canal to relaxing in the gazebo it has it all. Can’t fault the villa, communication with owner was excellent. Will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend you book.

So enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location is perfect for easy access to the gulf via boat or kayak. Our kids loved paddling out to the end of the canal and seeing manatees and dolphins. The beds were comfortable, and even the couch too. Our sons chose to sleep there over the bedroom! Would love to stay again next time we're in town.
