We fell in love with the white sand at Mandalay Beach in Oxnard during our first visit and decided that one day, we’d find a home here to retire. We've since found this townhome and had the chance to explore the area, discovering that it offers so much more than just the beach. There’s easy access to outdoor activities like fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, and simply enjoying beautiful sunsets. The landscape provides a refreshing escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles—you can drive by strawberry fields and pick up fresh organic produce at the local farmers' market.

The best part about our property is that it's only walking distance from an incredible beach that’s never crowded. You can set up a tent or bring a chair to enjoy endless sunsets. We’d love to share our beach experience with your family!

The space
Oxnard Dunes Townhome is a spacious, inviting retreat for families or friends looking to experience Southern California beach living. Just a block north is Channel Islands Harbor, perfect for swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding. The beautiful Oxnard Mandalay Beach and Pacific Ocean are just steps away, while the Channel Islands area is ideal for windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, or walking your dog along the boardwalk.

This two-story townhome offers a cozy backyard with a barbecue, ideal for gatherings. It includes two recently remodeled full bathrooms and a convenient half bath on the ground floor. Bedrooms are located on the second floor, with both a main street entrance and a secondary entrance from the alley. Street parking is available in front of the townhome, and garage parking is offered upon request..

Guest access:
Oxnard Dunes Townhome provides a washer & dryer, laundry soap & large soaking sink. Included is a large garage stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, & beach towels. There is a side door directly off the garage for easy wash off from beach or bay or perhaps to clean up after a day playing on the beach. Not to mention a new BBQ grill.

Other things to note:
Our neighbors are close; however Oxnard Dunes Townhome is very private. You can walk to both Channel Islands and the beach or even to Hollywood Beach (about a 15-minute walk) for a bite to eat or shop. There are over 200 shops & restaurants. Bike rentals, paddle board rentals and kayak rentals are just a short distance away.

Enjoy beach living in this spacious, comfortable townhouse. Just half a mile from your front door lies the beautiful Pacific Ocean at Oxnard's Mandalay Beach, and a block in the other direction is Channel Islands Harbor—ideal for swimming, paddle boarding, sailing, or kayaking.
