Great Location, Everything you could possible need.

Four of us were happy to see such a nicely appointed place. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. It's close to the grocery store, 1.5 blocks to Joe's Coffee :-) and parking right out front.

Great ptown stay

This place is in an ideal location - less than 2 blocks from commercial street but so quiet you can hear crickets at night. Also super close to Stop and Shop if you want to pick up groceries. The place was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Overall great place to stay.

Really terrific

Absolutely great unit in a very convenient location - close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful for a relaxing vacation. Vacasa isn’t the greatest property manager, though. So if there is an issue (had two minor ones during my stay), don’t expect much help.

August Stay in Ptown

You can’t be the location. This property is right on Winthrop Street - a stone’s throw from all that Ptown has to offer. I am only rating 3 stars because the dryer broke and after 5 messages, no one reached out to us to come fix it. We were limited on clothes and given that we were sandy (from the beach) and sweaty on a daily basis, this was problematic and we had to buy new clothes. The beds are also very uncomfortable and the a/c in the bedrooms went in and out.

Terrific location

28D Winthrop was a great location to Provincetown MA. From the Townhouse to Commercial Street for shopping and restaurants was an easy walk. If you wanted go whale watching you could pick up a boat at McMillian Pier also in walking distance. .
