This brand newly remodeled modern coastal luxury home is conveniently located right next to the beach and has private deeded beach access! You won't be stuck behind 6 rows of chairs and umbrellas blocking your views, you'll get to be front and center to enjoy your own private beach the way you expect it to be!

This spacious two story home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a state of the art gourmet kitchen, a spacious covered balcony overlooking the beach and gulf of Mexicowith an assortment of comfortable seating. It also features a huge swimming pool where you can sit and still hear the waves and feel the warm gulf breezes! This is just 3 homes directly back from the beach so getting there couldn't be easier or safer for the family.

From big kahuna water park to the newly expanded Destin Commons mall and popular family attractions. It is a brief walk to several restaurants and take the boat water taxi over to many attractions, deep sea fishing charters, Destin Harborwalk Village and more!

It is a 1 mile drive from Indian Bayou golf course and just 5 miles from the premier golf courses of Sandestin and a variety of world renowned courses in the area. 5 minutes from Destin's Harborwalk Village, the home of the largest charter fishing fleet in Florida and a hub for a variety of water sports and fishing activities. There's bowling, movie theaters, shopping, water parks, putt putt, arcades and more all within a 5 mile radius!

Family Reunion

We enjoyed the property. All ten of us fit very comfortably. We liked sitting by the pool and up on the top deck. Glad we found the umbrella to provide some shade. Had fun playing pool! The kitchen had what we needed. We cooked in every night. Very nice stay!

Great Destin oasis!

The house was nice and clean, and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Just one block from the beach, you couldn’t beat it! The rental team was wonderful to work with, and very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend for a large group or family.
