Third floor - 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom includes a king sized bed equipped w/ sound proof sliding glass doors allowing balcony access, his & her closets & a spacious attached bathroom. Down the hall is the 2nd bedroom/bathroom, a cozy bunk bed & a queen sized bed. The luxurious eat-in kitchen w/ high end appliances overlooks a great family room. The modern sleeper sofa will accommodate large families & sleeps 2 once the sun sets. Less than a mile from Garden City Pier with arcades, restaurants, lives music, karaoke, bars, fishing, ice cream, gift shops.

The owner asked us to cancel our reservation 30 days before arrival which was very stressful. After I contacted VRBO our reservation was not altered (still, it was worrisome). The view was great and an easy walk to the beach. The building was quiet and in awesome location. As other reviewers have stated, the condo needs a lot of TLC. Check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay overall.

We had a professional cleaning team that took care of your stay before your arrival. We did not get notice right away that it wasnt up to your standard upon arrival. We certainly did not give permission for this place to be showed during your stay. We would have re sent the cleaning crew if we were notified of something. Thanks for leaving a 3 star review because the real estate broker team that we do not know seemed to have made a mistake.

Overall, the place was nice and we had a great time. The layout worked well for us. Jeremy responded quickly and was very helpful when we had a minor check in issue. Our kids loved the little arcade machine. Just a few things I’d mention: The master tub looks pretty bad. The bottom has grey/black areas. It may be clean, but we did not feel comfortable using it, so we all used the other one instead. There was no shampoo or bath soap. Luckily, we had packed some.The keurig coffee maker looks nice but there were no pods/k-cups, even though the listing said there would be. Honestly, despite those things, we’d probably stay here again. This area of the beach was really nice and not crowded at all, and the condo was a clean place for us to hang out and sleep.

Why they chose this property

We want you to enjoy our home away from home as much as we do! Our condo is in a family oriented area, in between Surfside Beach and Garden City. Directly beside the condo building is a small convenient store and on either side of the building are beach bars with food options if you want to stay in your beachwear! We are walking distance to Garden City Pier which has a restaurant on the pier for breakfast, lunch, & dinner right on the water, an arcade, ice cream shop, shopping, fishing, live music, karaoke, and two bars. Our condo is located 10 min from the popular Murrells Inlet Marshwalk. Murrells Inlet has shopping, restaurants, bars, live music, kayaking, jet ski/boat rentals, & much more. We are 20-30 min drive to Broadway at The Beach.
