The apartment with separate entrance and private enclosed garden is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons (2x double bed). It is located on the ground floor of a two-storey terraced house. The apartment is fully equipped (complete kitchen, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, TV, free wifi, washing machine).
The natural corner plot is located directly on the Riu Molinell. The Mediterranean-style garden invites you on the large terrace area in green surroundings with views over the river to the nearby mountains for undisturbed rest and relaxation.
About 200m from the adjacent riverbank the estuary and the long sandy beaches of Denia and Oliva are reached. A variety of leisure activities are possible. The OLIVA NOVA golf course is 2 km north.
To stroll in the picturesque old town of Denia can be easily reached by city bus (bus stop about 150 m).
The airports of Alicante and Valencia are about 95 km away.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Las interrupciones del WIFI se debieron a problemas técnicos del proveedor. A partir de octubre de 2019 habrá un proveedor más confiable.
