Really enjoyed the couple of nights that we stayed here. The home was well equipped, and was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the roll up door after the temps cooled off outside. Would definitely recommend, and look forward to returning!

We are so happy you had a great time. The view is awesome right!! Don’t forget to come back for the Lights Spectacular over the holidays!
This was a perfect long weekend getaways to the Texas Hill Country. The owners thought of every possible detail (extra towels, plenty of games, slippers, etc.) The house was perfect for 4 adults. The view was unbeatable and there were several areas outside to hang out all night! I will definitely return to this place in the future.
This is a delightful retreat in the Hill Country. Secluded enough to be restful but close enough to wineries and shopping in Fredericksburg. This home was perfect for a girl’s weekend and the hosts provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. Highly recommend!!
Absolutely perfect with a beautiful & peaceful view
This was exactly the place we imagined for the perfect anniversary weekend away. The outside seating areas are comfy, perfect, and help create a relaxing, serene mood. The outdoor fireplaces were also such a wonderful addition. The inside was very clean and modern. The bed was super (!!) comfortable— I actually enjoyed it better than my own bed! The communication with the hosts was quick and I never struggled to get help. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was so well done... from the interior design, to the amenities. The "garage door" was a nice element that was perfect for enjoying the Hill Country breeze. Our hosts were extremely nice an accommodating. We'll be back!
What an awesome home and property. Owner was so helpful and communicative. Everything about the property and home is so cool and items provided such as coffee, mugs, wine glasses, pint glasses, beautiful towels, shampoo, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, etc., was like being in a Texas Hill Country Resort. Everything was so comfortable,...the couch, the chairs, and the beds were absolutely top notch. Enjoy the very cool swing under the Live Oak and watching the sun set in the western sky.
The owners definitely gave lots of attention to ensuring guests are comfortable during their stay!
The beds, pillows, blankets, towels and even the slippers were the best I have experienced.
Kitchen stocked with everything you would need.
Beautifully decorated and super clean.
We enjoyed the fire pit area the most! Thank you for an enjoyable girls weekend!

What an amazing place to stay. Cannot say enough good things about it. Its exactly as stated, and the host are also readily available should you need anything. Easy to get to, love the exact directions with some added humor, and the large fire pit outside. When I find a place I truly like, I always go back. And we will definitely be back!!

We are so glad you had a great time and the house and property lives up to your expectations!! Come back anytime!!!
Absolutely loved our stay at this adorable rental! Convent to wineries and a fun drive to Fredericksburg. It's on the top of a hill, with beautiful views, surrounded by wildflowers. It made the perfect backdrop for bridal party Insta pics. The place itself is decorated so cute and it has everything you could possibly need. The Texas touches, including Johnny Cash art and cowboy hats made it even more fun. We would definitely stay here again!
First impression? WOW, from the moment we spotted the property, located on the top of the hill, we were thrilled. House is beautifully decorated, chick and sleek style with very stylish details. Kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of outdoor amenities (fire pit, BBQ, patio, swing) made our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely will be back!

Thank you so much for the kind words. We are so happy you had a great stay and the property was a hit! Come on back anytime!!
My daughter and I had a lovely girls' weekend at "Vineyard Hills". Everything went very smoothly. It is very comfortable and looks just like the photos. You can see both sunrises and sunsets from the hill top location. I just wish it had been cooler so we could have enjoyed the outdoors more -- but that's Texas in August.
Had delicious meals at Bryans on 290 and Fatboy burgers. We had a spa day at Fredericksburg herb farm. Highly recommended.
Just had a delightful getaway to this sleek, but not cold, cottage (?)/garagedominium (?) in Johnson City. The living room garage door is a hoot - we kept it up almost all the time. And there were nice little extras like slippers! And touches throughout the house. Hosts were communicative and helpful and creamy have a sense of humor - “Close the gate no matter what the cattle say.” Neighbors are a little closer than expected and there’s a little traffic noise from 281/290, but nothing bothersome. We will put this on our list to visit again.

About the host
Hosted by Courtney Hubbard
We want to welcome you to our fun experiment that we have enjoyed putting together over the past couple of years. Our family loves to be outside and to try new things. So we said….hey let’s buy some land, build a “Garagedaminium” and get some fresh air away from the city and have a place to go on weekends. What happened over the next couple years was truly an experience and we are excited for others to enjoy this amazing property and experience all that Johnson City, Fredericksburg and the other fun, unique towns have to offer.
Why they chose this property
As they say, it’s location, location, location. This property is 3 minutes away from downtown Johnson City, but you are on 10 acres of land! Our unique build gives you all of the views you can ask for in a fully furnished home with 3 - yes 3 independent AC units at your disposal.
What makes this property unique
We are so excited to welcome you to this property and make your experience as memorable as possible. If you're looking for views that never end and stars that go on forever you've found the right place. You have the space to relax and get lost in your thoughts, but at the drop of a hat you can be in Johnson City or on Highway 290 to visit the wineries and historic Fredericksburg within minutes. Whatever your motivation is, we hope to help you have the best time possible while on vacation.
