The Villa sits on 10 acres of open space centered around abounding wildlife, natural oak tree forests & trails w/dark night skies so powerful, you feel the isolation of infinity. No matter if you stay for a week or month, your experience will be an inspiring one that will add good fortune & tranquility to the road you travel.

The town of Ojai is a place to visit just 9 miles from the Sage Ranch Villa in the Upper Ojai Valley.

All common areas of Villa have tile except for the bedrooms.
The Great Room has a 65 inch smart Tv.
The kitchen has all the conveniences with much cabinet space.
There is a bar top counter area with seating for 4 along with and inside and outside dining table that each sit 6 people comfortably.
All the villa suites have their own private baths that are very spacious with an extremely large Master Bedroom Suite. The Master Bath has a sit down shower and a separate custom built roman tub area.
All, the Great Room, First Villa suite bed room , Second Villa suite and Master Suite Bedroom have their own patios with seating.
Central heating and air conditioning system and fans we have throughout the Villa.
Please look over our bed accommodations to understand if the amount of rooms- beds will accomodate your group size. I am happy to answer all questions as people and all groups travel differently so I can clearly give you full detail if furthermore is needed to give you any more answers you need.

All suites have tall 12 ft. ceilings and outside patio slider doors which allows much natural light to flow throughout with herds of natural Wildlife that casually graze from every window. Window treatments for privacy are in all rooms. There is a large covered carport with smooth hand troweled stucco texture that accommodates (2) large vehicles.

If you want swimming pools they are everywhere in hotels and confining neighborhood homes, but if you want natural meadows, swimming creeks and hills to climb and view and acres of free and wild open space without borders or fences for kids to be children and to run, play and adults to find their own kid again in the freedom of happiness and open laughter.

There is a Cafe restaurant at the Summit Drive In, convenience market, hardware store, and fire station within walking distance. There are bountiful beautiful natural wildlife that can be seen from your front windows daily and lots of walking trails leading either along the bottom of the valleys, or up into the foot hills from the house.

Most importantly the property has three very full deep water wells from Sisar Water Co. of the finest fresh spring water.

Our Villa is kept IMMACULATE AND IMPECCABLY CLEAN!!!!!!!
It’s our top priority that we take to the next level!
We have literally a 5star cleaning team.
,however as with all country living there are different bloom seasons for insects, animals, and reptiles throughout the county and especially Ojai and Santa Paula.
Although we have a routine professional pesticide service that caters to the local current activities , they can often have mild effect.
If you are sensitive to spiders, earwigs, pill bugs, or any other natural wildlife creature then you need to book ur vacation elsewhere as we will not refund monies like any other hotel policy for insects making their way into the house via doors or slider window doors. We say this with the hopes that you book with us because you won’t book at a better rental in Ojai with such sweeping views and spacious room!
