Beautiful home! We had an absolute blast at the property! The blackstone grill was an amazing addition. Check in was super easy and the house was amazing! Highly recommend!

We all loved our stay. The biggest hit was the video game in the bunk room. The unit was immaculate and very comfortable for two families with children. We would definitely stay here again.

The property as a whole was fantastic. The location is amazing, with local parks, the river, shops, and dining all within walking distance or a short drive. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we absolutely plan to stay here again the next time we need a mountain getaway!

This duplex is just like the pictures, beautiful and inviting and very clean with plenty of space and a great deck and backyard area for our little dog.Very enjoyable. The beds were comfortable too.

I know it’s in summit county so things are expensive, but for what we got it was too much. A positive note is it was quiet and there was plenty of parking. The kitchen was not well stocked in that the cookware was cheap and not a lot. No Air conditioning which this particular summer was brutal. They did provide fans for each room. There were 3 good sized bedrooms and a bunk room, but for what could potentially hold 10 people the living space was very small. We had 6 adults and 2 infants and there was not enough seating to sit around and visit. There were only 4 patio chairs so we had to bring chairs from inside out to eat dinner. The biggest draw back was the yard. While fenced it was all dirt so the dogs got filthy. Overall I would not recommend this unit if you have a big group.

Air conditioning is not advertised, as A/C is uncommon in Summit County due to the typically mild mountain climate. While this summer experienced warmer-than-average temperatures, we do provide fans throughout the home for guest comfort. The occupancy of a home reflects its sleeping capacity and does not necessarily mean every guest can be seated together in one room or on the patio. The number of patio chairs and indoor seating shown in the listing photos accurately reflects what is provided. We also appreciate your comments regarding the cookware and backyard.
