Fan in king room on main level sways and knocks real bad so it should be replaced. Downstairs tv has no remote. Outside of those 2 things the house was perfect for what we needed. Great location and quiet area.

Very nice home! Upstairs bathroom door s dated but otherwise the house is very nice. Location on canal is fantastic. Sand & Sea Properties is the best property management company we’ve experienced - great communications, wonderful welcome bag filled with essentials - dish washer pods, clothes washing machine pods, toiletries, Coast magazine, etc. AC’s worked well. Highly recommend this house!

Excellent location!!! the fishing was pretty good right from the canal. The house was very clean and had plenty of useful items, especially in the kitchen. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this home which is Minutes from the beach.
