Great location for family vacations . Easy access to the entire lake while being located on a fairly quiet bay

Thank you for your feedback, Thomas! We're happy the location worked well for your family vacation and that you enjoyed the peaceful bay. We hope to welcome you back soon.
Lovely home with everything you need for a lakeside vacation. The location on Mica bay is perfect and tranquil. The house, along with firepit on deck is comfortable and spacious.
The only thing that surprised us were the number of steps to the dock. The lift was not available. My husband is disabled so the treck down to the beach was challenging The home was well stocked - had everything we needed. Loved the decks and view of the lake. A great property to rent.
We LOVED this home. It was so much fun and the location was absolutely prime being close to town and secluded at the same time. I did not realize the trek from the house to the water so having one disabled person was challenging since we could not use the lift. The only suggestion would be to have a hot tea kettle, a toaster, and upgrade the sheets to nice organic cotton. Thank you for everything!

Thank you for the great review. We’re glad you loved the home and that the location was ideal. We’re sorry the trek to the water was challenging with a disabled guest and the lift unavailable — we appreciate the feedback and will review how we communicate accessibility and possible alternatives. Thank you also for the suggestions about a tea kettle, toaster, and upgraded linens; we’ll look into those improvements. We hope to host you again.
The property was lovely. Great views and comfortable. You have absolutely no service when you pull up to the house so make sure you get the front door code before you lose service or you’ll have to drive back out till you have service like we did. There are 95 stairs down to the water. It is doable but the stairs aren’t in the best shape. The bedrooms and the living space was spacious for all of us. Lots of seating inside and out.

Thanks for the feedback. We were glad you enjoyed the views, comfort, and spacious indoor/outdoor seating. We’ve also passed your note about the 95 stairs to maintenance to inspect and address any safety or repair needs. Thanks for letting us know.
We had an fantastic long weekend in this beautiful home. Great house, beach and lake were amazing and the views were stunning. 2 epic rounds of golf at the CDA Resort and Circling Raven and both were very easy to access. Fully recommend. We hope to come back.
I spent a weekend here with 10 friends, and we had an incredible time at the property. It's a bit off of the beaten path (cell reception is low), but it's charm is the incredible view of the water, the large home, and the team that made coordinating check in and activity plans so easy. Groups considering this property shouldn't hesitate.
This property is beautiful and the views of the lake of the 2 outdoor porch were outstanding. The bedrooms were large with big screen TV's is 2 of the three major bedrooms with additional TV's in the living rooms and downstairs family rooms. Only one on suite bathroom, though and only one additional bathroom with a shower. The third bathroom was a half bath on the main level. The 100 stairs to the beach area are a little challenging for older folks, but manageable. The use of the kayaks and paddle boards was great. Also, plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. The biggest issue for us was with 10 people, the refrigerator was way too small. Frequent, almost daily trips, to Safeway in CDA was required, which took away from time on the water or relaxing. We used coolers, but the ice melted quickly. The ice machine in the ridge was slow to make ice. Another refridge or freeze would have been beneficial. We had 6 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 kids at 12 and 10 yrs old. The bunk beds were great for the younger kids, but the teenagers had to move to the couches. In my opinion, this home can only sleep 8, not 10 and the price per night doesn't support 10 people. Other than that, we had a great time.
We came for a family get together for Labor Day weekend!
This place did not disappoint. The home matched the pictures and was very well maintained! The location was very easy to find and not far from downtown couer d Alene.
The kitchen was well equipped (Altho q prior review stated there was a keurig- it’s actually a nespresso but they have a classic coffee pot as well!)
There are stairs leading down to the water so if you are elderly or have a hard time doing a number or stairs- be warned. This is very typical of couer d Alene if you aren’t familiar with the area. It is unlikely you will find a place on the water without having stairs to climb.
The dock is excellent- there is a high dive for fun jumping off and they provide two kayaks and two paddle boards with a wide array of life vests.
Fire pit is well equipped with wood and pre cut logs. The propane fire pit on the balcony is also great for enjoying the views.
I would absolutely recommend this location.

Met lowest expectations, overall good stay.
This property met our lowest expectations but did not exceed them. For example, they had a Keurig that wasn't advertised and they did not provide K-cups. We brought coffee but a lot of rentals will provide a little something that you weren't expecting, this place did not. Overall this was a great stay but there were a few problems. There are no ladders on the dock so you can swim but it is nearly impossible to get back on the dock because of it's height off the water. There were a lot of stairs to get down to the beach that weren't shown in photos or described in the listing. We assumed this would be the case because we are familiar with CDA but if you didn't know it could have been a problem. It took the property manager 2 days to respond to an inquiry we had while at the property. The kitchen is not a fully stocked kitchen if you are planning to cook a lot. We had to go into town to buy a potato peeler to peel carrots for a veggie tray. The home is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and everything worked fine. The deck is amazing and we spent a ton of time out there. Asethetically, they've done a great job creating a relaxing environment.
