My daughter and I stayed here and it was a great location for us to visit family. It wasn’t far from Miami either, in a great looking neighborhood! Check in was super smooth. The host was in constant communication with us, the appliances seemed new. It could use some decorations but there is a couch with a very nice big tv. Also, weird problem but the right side bed is ridiculously comfortable and for some reason the left bed isn’t. Definitely would stay here again, so quiet

Nice area and perfect location. Great local joints (Sandbar & Black Point Marina Restaurant). Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Miami but only an hour drive if you want to go into Miami would highly recommended for the price.

This stay was a great experience! Everything was as described! It was clean when we arrived and Jo was very fast with responses as I had a package delivered and Amazon delivery folks never check the delivery instructions! I Would definitely use again! It was a tad bit noisy with the occupants upstairs but that is just life and how things work in “shared/attached” living!

Yes, it only missed the kitchen towels and facial tissues in the room. We asked for a comforter and a bathroom curtain replacement, and they responded the same day to our request. However, if the unit above was rented, then you'll hear their footsteps, especially if they have kids. The pool is 3 minutes walk, and the supermarket is 30 minutes walk. It was a nice stay after all. They could've done a better cleaning job through.

The property is a garage conversion, not an actual studio apartment or extension of the actual home. This is a very important distinction, because the extreme heat in Miami, especially during the summer months, makes it for a very uncomfortable stay. The garage absorbs the high temperature from the outside, so unless there is actually an A/C unit in the room, you will die from the heat. He does have a small wall unit installed above the refrigerator, which doesn't ventilate properly, the owner must know this, because he has a small fan on top of the refrigerator to cool down the room. I ended up going to Walmart and bought two large fans to help cool the room, it wasn't perfect, but it helped considerably. There is NO POOL on the premises (quite misleading from the pictures), this is an important note. The owner doesn't come by to clean, change the sheets, or provide fresh towels during your stay, also, he only provides a few rolls of toilet paper, if you need more, you must purchase yourself, same goes for paper towels. I have to say, the communication with the owner wasn't great, he would contact me to let me know to take out the garbage, or if he had a complaint, he was very rude, he had a nasty attitude. This is my first and I'm certain my last stay through a VRBO property, it was an awful experience for me, and it didn't have to be. I only tried it, because a friend of mine suggested it, and it was a big mistake on my part. Lesson Learned!

Just the Right Tough

All the amenities and environment, in a location convenient to attractions, activities and tours (from Coconut Grove to Key Largo and the Glades), to provide for a relaxing experience with late night walks around the lake and a sunrise game of tennis before a dip in the pool is all right here. Moreover, the room is just the right size to spread out, relax, transition between activities in a most convenient and relaxing manner, away from the crowds and commotion. We feel refreshed and had the best place from with to enjoy it all during our stay.

It was spotless, brand newly remodeled. Exactly like the photos! Also near everything by 20 miles. From south beach to the stadium to the airport. Super nice family friendly neighborhood. I would stay again and recommend a friend.
