Difficultés de rentrer dans la copropriété si des voitures stationnent sur le trottoir en face. Pour le garage accès difficile Porte du garage très difficile à ouvrir Volets roulants durs à ouvrir ou à fermer. Merci. Cordialement

Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung

Kompaktes Appartement im Zentrum von Dinard. Super sauber und mit guter Ausstattung in Küche - alles da, was man braucht. Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke und die Markthalle in Sichtweite. Abends sehr ruhige Straße. 3 min zu Restaurants und 5 min zum Strand. Balkon ist etwas klein, auch Garageneinfahrt ist eng und niedrig (unter 1,80m), aber meistens gibt es Parkplätze vorm Haus oder um die Ecke. Gutes Service durch Interhome/Interchalet-Büro vor Ort beim Schlüssel-Abholen, gutes Info-Paket.

Appartement très bien entretenu, cependant la décoration et l'ameublement sont d'une autre époque. Accès garage et le garage lui même sont vraiment pas conçu pour les voiture d'aujourd'hui.

Les points positifs: appartement bien chauffées, fauteuils confortables, cuisine bien équipée. Les points à améliorer: très difficile de fermer la porte à clé (problème de serrure), difficile de garer la voiture, faute de place, garage très étroit. Voisins très bruyants le deuxième jour, dès 7h du matin (surtout leur radio). Sinon, très bien situé pour explorer la région.

Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um eine herkömmliche Ferienwohnung, sondern um ein geschmackvolles Zuhause. Professionell renoviert, Küche komplett ausgestattet, Bad klein, sep. Toilette. Sonniger Balkon.Wir (2 Pers) fühlten uns sehr wohl. Ideal im Zentrum gelegen, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand,Markt (3x wöchentlich) bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hofeinfahrt zu den Garagen für größere Pkw etwas herausfordernd. Wünschenswert wäre ein Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen bei längerem Aufenthalt.

Une location à prendre sans hésiter !

Idéalement situé juste à côté du marché et à peine 10 minutes de la plage , j'ai vraiment apprécié ce logement. Lumineux, spacieux, il est très confortable. La baignoire est très agréable pour se détendre après une bonne journée de marche sur les sentiers. Un seul petit bémol : l'appartement mériterait d'être un peu allégé en mobilier et en deco. Prenez le temps de profiter du marché 3 fois par semaine, des randonnées ( appli laissez vous conter dinard recommandee), et des bateaux pour St Malo et les îles !
