This was a fantastic house! It was clean and spacious, perfect for my party of 6 people. Plenty of space to cook, have bonfires and play in the woods. The hot tub was delicious! Mark, the owner, was very communicative and easy to work with. The location was great- very accessible to the park, to river trips and an easy drive to both Front Royal and Luray. I definitely want to go back in the winter so we can use the two fire places!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room. Bedrooms were nice sized and well laid out. House was very clean and well-cared for. We enjoy cooking at home and found the kitchen well-stocked with all the equipment and utensils. Evenings were spent having some good fun with the pool table too. Part of the main road coming to the development is gravel and hilly. Just have to be careful with sides of the road/gullies. The host was fabulous with directions and specifics.

The property is very private on an amazing lot. The house is also only 20min from Shenandoah park. The house had a hot tub, fire pit, and new finished basement that we all enjoyed.

Second time in the fall, we had a great time again. Loved the fireplaces especially in the bathroom/bedroom from the jacuzzi, and of course the hot tub and also the grill which brings amazing flavors, especially for lamb we also had grill meat cuts like rib eye, and the deck and so much more. We spent most of the time in the living room area with all the views. We loved watching the squirrels going up and down the dead tree, we also saw deer and many birds in the morning and afternoon. Loved watching starship 14 first orbital launch with starlink wifi and playing videogames with pretty decent lag. Also, the new basement is amazing.

Perfect retreat for a getaway. Extremely comfortable and has all the amenities you could want. We had a great time chatting by the outside fire. Also enjoyed a vineyard and front royal main st, both just a short drive!
