About this property
Cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains on private lake!
Welcome to Luxury Lake Lodge, this cabin has everything you need to never want to leave with a great location (10 min to DT Blue Ridge)! Enjoy 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, multiple balcony's & patios, a game room & separate bar! This cabin is on a private lake that's great for swimming, kayaking, & fishing with a viewing deck & dock! Relax in the hot tub & enjoy a fire at the firepit or fireplaces. This is a perfect cabin for families, multi-family, or groups with 3,200sqft inside alone!
Located on the desirable and beautiful My Mountain. All paved roads regularly maintained and easy to access for all vehicle types. Situated on a private lake shared by only six cabins!
There is plenty of parking onsite for multiple cars in the oversized driveway. Room enough and relatively flat enough for you to park a boat if you are bringing one with you (not for our lake which is non-motorized, but Lake Blue Ridge and Lake Nottely are nearby). Be sure to bring wheel chalks if parking a trailer or boat.
With plenty of sleeping space, living space, yard, balconies, activities to do, and all of the surrounding beauty, our hope is that this will be the last cabin you ever rent!
Welcome to Luxury Lake Lodge! We are excited to share our cabin with you! We have done everything we can to ensure that you have everything that you need to have the most enjoyable and memorable stay possible. We hope that you feel at home and become a guest for life! If there is anything that we can do to improve your experience please feel free to email or text your suggestions. Please also share your positive experiences.

Property Policies
Parking
Parking is permitted in the driveway only. Do not park in the street or on the shoulder. Though the driveway is relatively level, if you leave a boat or trailer that you plan to detach from your vehicle you will need to chalk the wheels.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am. While you are welcome to utilize the cabin features 24/7, we ask that you be cognizant and mindful of your volume and/or music level out of respect for the surrounding area and neighbors. Absolutely no house parties are allowed.
Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted outside of the home as long as cigarette butts and ash are disposed of properly and not discarded in the yard. If burns to furnishings occur subsequent charges for repair will be billed to the card on file with copies of invoices paid available upon request.
Pet Policy
Pets are NOT allowed at any time. We love our furry friends as much as the next person, but we have seen the damage done to other vacation rentals that are pet friendly. To prevent these incidents as well as to ensure there are no issues with cleanliness or guest allergies, we do not allow pets of any kind on the premises. Cameras are present, so should this policy be disregarded immediate eviction and loss of all rents wills occur.
Instructions for Appliances, Electronics, and Accessories
Thermostat
To avoid damage to the air conditioning system, please do not set the temperature below 72’F. Do not leave the doors open with the AC or Heat running. Do not run the AC and gas fireplace. The interior gas fireplace is for cold weather use only.
Hot tub
Use the hot tub at your own risk. Do not use hot tub if you are or suspect you are pregnant. Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision. No bubble bath, salts, or soaps of any kind allowed in the hot tub. Please do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover or put your knees on the control panel. Guest(s) should shower before and after each hot tub use. It is also highly recommended that swim suits be washed with clean water after each use. This is for personal hygiene and sanitation purposes. Following these instructions limits the likelihood of bacteria buildup between uses. Drinking containers i.e., glasses, bottles, cans; smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited. All hot tubs go through (2 to 4) automatic filtering/cleaning cycles that last up to (3) hours. Hot tub and Jets will not turn off during this cycle. It is recommended to maintain the hot tub temperature between 100’F-102’F for sanitation and safety purposes. Please do not adjust the temperature outside of this range.
