You'll want to keep coming back to this vacation haven! Our home has everything you'll desire for you relaxation: beautiful and functional kitchen, comfortable furniture, televisions in living room and each bedroom, pool toys for the kids, new corn hole set, beach chairs, 2 kayaks and more!
The dock is great to fish off of, sunbathe on or simply relax and enjoy the breeze under the Tiki hut. Ask about boat lift rental, if you choose to bring a boat or pontoon. There is quick and easy access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf.
For those with toddlers, there is a pac n' play, and booster chairs for dining and for the auto. The enclosed pool area has a patio set and comfortable lounge chairs, gas grill, Blackstone griddle and propane fire pit for those cooler evenings.
Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils and stoneware, as well as shatterproof dishes. You also have the choice of using a Keurig or a drip coffee maker.
The laundry area includes a new Samsung washing machine with great cycle selections, including a Quick wash setting for lightly soiled clothes.
There are many stores (Winn Dixie, Walgreen, Ace Hardware, George's Auto Repair, to name a few) within a mile of the home. It is close to downtown where there are many places to eat and socialize at. That is also where the large Farmer's Market is held each Saturday!

Spring Break Getaway

The house was very clean and stocked with everything anyone could possibly need. It was conveniently located close to restaurants we have enjoyed in the past. I hope I will be able to come back.

Great place to stay!

We had the best time in Cape Coral. We loved our rental home. The pool was outstanding. Have been coming to Cape Coral for over 10 years and this was one of our favorites!!
