Main house includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, living room, and full kitchen. First room has queen size bed with full bathroom included. Second room has king size bed with full bathroom located just outside the door. Game room is separate structure located out back in the garage. Game room includes 60 inch flat screen tv with Directv, dart board, bar height table for poker/dominoes, A/C and heat. Living room includes 2 electric reclining leather couches and 60" flat screen TV with Directv. Expandable dining table and bar seating that looks into the kitchen. Full kitchen includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, dishes, and silverware. Laundry room is also a separate structure located in back yard with full washer/dryer and window unit. Great views of the lake from the front porch. Charcoal fire pit in front yard. Another covered porch out back and no rear neighbors. Boat ramp located within walking distance in the neighborhood.

Stayed for high school fishing championships

Had a 2 day tournament weigh in was just 15 minutes away we got to relax all day kids built fire in pit and made s’mores they fished everyday till dark and loved sitting by the fire every evening it was just what we needed!

Great Place to Unplug and Relax

The house has a fully stocked kitchen. My kids loved the game room and fought over who got to sleep in the room. The house was comfortable and the front porch looking over the water was amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet - no loud parties. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here while fishing on Sam Rayburn. House had everything we needed. Convenient boat ramp and friendly nieghbors.

Family Time

Great place to just get away. Quit & peaceful and the neighbors were all very kind & friendly. Loved the decor in the home and they had everything you could think you might ever need. We will stay again for sure!
