A great memorable time for our family of 15.Convenient to shopping, dining and of course the beach. We’ll absolutely book with Maggie and John again.One of my favorite parts was breakfast every morning with all 15 of us at the table. Walk to the beach was super easy/quick. Lazy river pool option was perfect for my 3 year old nephew who wasn’t a fan of sand and the Family Kingdom amusement park was a 5minute walk and perfect speed for our 7 kids aged 10-17.I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

Check in info was great. Kitchen was very well stocked and maintained. Might want to check the fridge on the right, didn't seem to cool or freeze as well as the other on the right.WiFi could use an extender for the upper floor.Beds and baths were nice and comfortable for our party of 141 block walk to the beach, very convenient.

Wonderful family getaway :)

My family and I had such a lovely time ! There was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed spending so much time together while also having the space to have any alone time if we desired. We played games , ate together ( the extra large table came in more than handy ) . The parking was easy and everyone enjoyed themselves so so much ! We would be more than happy to stay there again :)

Perfect For Large Groups

These condos are centrally located to the beach fun and all the "touristy" things you want to do in Myrtle Breach! We had 30 people with us and we had two condos close together, they were spacious, good amenities and a BIG table for games and eating. They were perfect for large groups!

The condo was VERY spacious for our family. Check-in was super easy. However it could have been a bit cleaner and a fresh coat of paint. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer but it took forever to dry the clothes. The lint needed to be cleaned out of the coil in the back. The mattresses need some updating they are well used.

Family reunion/vacation

We rented 2 condos here. They both had ample room for 18 of us to sit and visit together. Perfect for our family reunion. Close walking distance to beachfront which was very convenient . Had all the amenities of home . Everyone had their own bedroom and bath Would highly recommend this property for a large group.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a condo within walking distance to the beach as parking is very difficult during prime seasons. We also wanted a newer building with larger rooms, higher ceiling, and modern amenities. Built in 2007, this building has all of this. Lastly we wanted a property that was centrally located, close to family activities as well as golf courses and that would offer something for every age group.

What makes this property unique

Spacious living areas and bedrooms, convenience of the beach just steps away, close to amusement park, water park, golf courses, restaurants, shopping etc. You name it, this location has it!
