This listing is for Apartment #4 1BR Efficiency at Twin Hills Cottages of Acadia an 5 acre property just a few miles from downtown Ellsworth. Located on Rt 1 Acadia National Highway, 30 minutes to Bangor and Bar Harbor. A great destination for your next trip.

Escape to Maine in this cozy 1 Bedroom apartment with private bathroom and kitchenette.
There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and a "click clack" (futon style) sofa in the eat in kitchen.

*Please note the sofa is a folding sofa not a pull out and is very firm.

This is space is recommended for 2 adults and 2 kids but can accommodate 4 adults as a budget friendly option.

Full access to the apartment with a private area on a covered porch shared between 3 units.

Very easy to book this place to stay at, owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The place was easy to locate and had the necessary equipment to make our stay enjoyable. I would stay here if I visit Maine again and would recommend this place to others.

Cozy little place. Very clean, loved the set up inside. Check in and communication with property manager was a great experience.I would definitely come back and stay again.

The unit was very nice and clean. The location was convenient. Although the property was facing the road. This wasn't clearly depicted on the listing. The unit was suitable for 3 people maximum as it had a queen bed and a fold-out sofa in the living room good only for one person to sleep comfortably. There were 4 of us staying on the property. Fortunately, we had a camping cod with us. Otherwise one person wouldn't have anywhere to sleep. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

Limited Cooking Ability

Ok location. However, very limited cooking and dining in capacity. No can opener, 2 forks, one glass,3 coffee cups, no wine glasses nor corkscrew. Housekeeping was supposed to fulfill shortage of all but wine glasses and corkscrew (which isn’t on their utensil list) but shortages were never corrected. Easy drive to Acadia.

Just what we needed.

Nice place. Centered where we were traveling. Bed needs a mattress pad above the foam piece and some better sheets. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Sympathique

Endroit tranquille, bien entretenu. Propriétaire répond rapidement. Un peu loin d'Acadia Parc, 45 minutes. Les vanités, la cuisine et la chambre propres mais besoin de ménage un peu plus en profondeur par exemple murs, portes, ventilateur au plafond, plinthe électrique. Lit et oreillers confortables. L'air climatisé fonctionne bien. La galerie avant couverte est très plaisante. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour!
