Great location on Lake Pend Oreille. This is a wonderful quiet neighborhood with fabulous lake frontage. We were able to use our paddleboards, swim, boat, play yard games and easily host family members in town for a wedding. The deck and hot tub were great for hanging out. There is ample space in the kitchen to prepare foods and we had everything we needed for cooking.

Great location for family get together

Family from 3 states met here. Neighbors were friendly and management was very responsive. Had a great time and the yard and lake were amazing!

Fabulous house - right on the lake with a spectacular view and grassy 'play area' between the house and the lake. House came generously equipped (kitchen especially).Only complaint is that the master bedroom has two bathrooms attached to it. Both bathrooms had toilets, but one had a shower and the other a bathtub. Both bathrooms only accessible via the master bedroom! This was really inconvenient and 'inefficient' for large families with high bathroom needs, even though the description was accurate (4 bathrooms).*Would have loved a crockpot in the kitchen; it was very well-supplied otherwise!

Perfect Lake Vacation Rental

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was top notch right down to the SubZero fridge to the misters on the deck. Best part of the lake with warm water and gravel bottom. We will be back!

Reunion

The house was clean and in good shape, and Daugherty was relatively easy to work with. The layout is a little odd, and it is a little surprising that there are only 2 showers for so much bedspace, but it all worked out in the end. Great kitchen and dining area for a large group. We spent most of our time on the porch and in the yard playing yard games. Having the dock was such a nice ammenity as we rented a boat for our trip, but be careful docking if the weather looks unruly, as it is quite shallow. The neighbors are a little close, but we introduced ourselves and I think that set everyone up for success. Would recommend for a get together of 8+ people.
