Loved the Red Roan Ranch! The accommodations were perfect, the views phenomenal! Everything that we needed was available plus more!Appreciated the lovely sunsets and star filled nights..bonus was the horses and the blue birds that thrived in the fields.Thank you Tom and Karly for a great 3 night stay!

Our very first stay in a bnb and the stay was amazing and the hosts very sweet. Very very clean. Needs a couple rails in the bathroom for handicap visitors. Smelled a bit of cigarette smoke but not bad. Very nice kitchen and the views are amazing!

Sadly this July there has been a major wildfire north of us in Utah that affected the air quality during your stay. We have been very fortunate in that we have never found any sign that past guests have ignored our strict no smoking policy on the property. It was lovely to be a part of your travels with your 94 year old mother and we’d love to visit with you again!

Wonderful stay

Was in the area to see Mesa Verde and the property was out of the way but convenient which is what we were looking for. Wonderful apartment, nicely stocked with items we didn’t expect, nice owner and the horses loved the carrots we brought them. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect one every way!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while we explored the Four Corners area. The location, accommodations, the hosts, and the proximity to all the Four Corners has to offer could not have been better. We cannot imagine a better place to stay.

Peaceful and Easy

My wife and I stayed for 4 days and had a wonderful, peaceful time on the ranch! Very beautiful area, and the guest house is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Very relaxing after many days in the hot southern Colorado sun!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a secure location which was important to us since we had equipment in our truck and trailer. Would definitely suggest to others in particular traveling out west to hunt.
