I was with my family there and we had great time .The only thing that I didn't like is . That was required to leave washed dishes when we leave but when we went there the first day I had to clean some dishes myself before using them because they were on the shelf dirty. So the owner should check them in advance and leave them clean for families planning vacations there. Also some towels had a bad smell.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The property Managers, Robert and Tanja were a absolutely amazing! Our first house house had some major issues and we needed to get out as soon as possible and they were able to give us accommodations that very same day! It made our vacation. Beautiful big pool, plenty of suave and a great location! Thank you!!

We had an amazing time at this place. It was clean and had an amazing view. We caught fish off the dock and lounged in the pool. It was close enough to most things that you’re only 8-10 min from the store. I definitely would stay here again.

This home was the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in. Everything you would want and need was there. The property was clean, beautiful and spacious and the pool was warm and salt water. The management company was outstanding! Would recommend this home to any one! We will be back to this property!

Family trip

The house was perfect and the heated pool was amazing! They truly kept the pool warm enough that everyone in our group enjoyed pool time. We also appreciated the hot tub being separate so we could keep it at a warmer temperature. We were also very close to a park with tennis and pickleball courts and were able to get on both fairly easily. Stores and restaurants were close by. The management company was quick to respond to any questions and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

The home was very nice and extremely clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub; the pool was a little chilly at 82 degrees and I was fearful of increasing the temperature since electricity is not included in the rental fee. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and the view of the canal is lovely. It is close to several golf courses which we enjoyed and grocery stores are conveniently nearby.We were surprised that more basic amenities were not provided - we stayed 2 weeks and had to purchase trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper as only the minimum was in the house. At previous VRBO rentals this was never a concern. It was also a negative that we had to pay for electricity; I was worried about heating the pool and hot tub and in the future would look for a rental which includes this cost.

Titel: Villa Sueno Americano - Unser Traumurlaub am Kanal!Wir haben die Villa Sueno Americano in Cape Coral direkt gebucht und unser Urlaub war einfach ein Traum! Das Haus ist groß, sehr gut aufgeteilt und wirklich hübsch eingerichtet. Es war alles mega sauber. Besonders gefallen haben uns die wunderschönen hohen Decken mit Ventilatoren zusätzlich zur Klimaanlage - so war es immer angenehm temperiert.Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist einfach traumhaft und der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Morgens den Kaffee mit Blick aufs Wasser genießen - herrlich!Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war unsere Ansprechpartnerin Julia. Sie war mega süß und wahnsinnig nett. Julia hat uns alles Wichtige über die Villa Sueno Americano erzählt und uns unheimlich tolle Tipps zum Essen gehen und zu Ausflügen gegeben. So eine herzliche Betreuung erlebt man selten!Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Villa Sueno Americano jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. Nice time in Cape Coral

The house is very nice. It's located in a quiet neighborhood which allows for good down time. Most items are there that you might want including games and cd's with nice stereo. The pool is very nice as is the hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. The only thing I would recommend for people to bring would be bicycles that would allow exploration of the immediate local.

We didn't realize how exhausted we were and this was the perfect home for us to relax. We even caught a few fish, the hot tub and pool were also amazing. The house has everything you would need to feel at home. We will be returning for a future trip. Thanks
